Face à l'océan avec vue directe sur l'océan depuis cette nouvelle unité de résidence 3BED / 3BATH, en étage élevé dans le bâtiment le plus chaud de Hollywood Beach. Hyde Resort and Residences est à seulement quelques minutes du centre commercial Aventura et de Bal Harbour. Les équipements du bâtiment comprennent un restaurant, deux piscines à débordement avec vue sur l'océan, une terrasse et des cabines privées, un centre de remise en forme entièrement équipé donnant sur l'océan, un spa à service complet avec hammam et sauna.
Ce condo à la fine pointe de la technologie possède une cuisine entièrement équipée, avec une cafetière, un grille-pain, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et un congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, un mixeur de four et bien plus encore ...
L'appartement a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité.
Les chambres ont la literie suivante:
La chambre principale a un lit king size, et les 2 autres chambres ont chacune un lit queen size.
Nous pouvons ajouter jusqu'à 2 lits d'appoint très confortables (lits bébé) si nécessaire.
Nous offrons à tous nos clients l'option d'un PackN'Play pour les familles avec bébés, ainsi qu'une chaise haute et une baignoire pour bébé.

Nos clients bénéficient d'un accès illimité à la salle de sport, à la piscine et à la plage, où ils obtiendront 2 chaises longues et 1 parasol. D'autres sont disponibles à la location.

I celebrated my 50th at this beautiful rental! The condo is quite spacious, and I love that every room has its own bathroom. My favorite is the giant balcony that wraps around the entire condo. The view is stunning! The host is fantastic to work with and made sure to accommodate our needs. Thank you for sharing this amazing condo!

Scenic ocean condo

Modern, clean beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Pool and restaurant very nice. Good location but need a car to go to the majority of restaurants. Grocery store 6 blocks away so very convenient. Owners very helpful.

Beautiful beach front property

The condo is in an amazing quiet location right on the beach and is exactly as pictured. We didn’t have too much trouble with the elevators except for on Sunday morning when a lot of people are checking out. Great for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Amazing property and exactly as it's listed online

We had a great stay and the property was exactly as it was advertised, It was clean, the beds were comfortable, lots of towels, and beautiful balcony and ocean/city views. The pool was so nice too. The resort food and drink were expensive but that was to be expected. We had the best time and would rent this place again.

Great place, great location absentee management

Beautiful property in gorgeous location but problems checking in, absentee manager require multiple calls to check in, forgot to send check in instructions Beach was good but not in front of the building, required a 80 yard walk sideways. All else was perfect.

This property is amazing

As gorgeous as they are, the pictures don’t quite do it justice. Very modern design in a stunning setting. Amazing views of the beach, with a bonus view of the Intercoastal Waterway thanks to the wraparound balcony. The location allows for short walks to grocery stores and dining options. The on-site restaurant Terrazas is nice (try the Cuban or Fish sandwiches.). This is a million-dollar property. Thank you for making it available to our family.

Beautiful!

The property was amazing and the views were breathtaking! From the ocean view to the city view, superb! The wrap around balcony was even better than we expected. The condo was clean, bright and open. We had a minor hiccup during check in with the front desk staff with gaining access, but when we finally decided to reach out to the property owner Laure, she was GREAT and very prompt in rectifying the situation. All in all, our overall stay was unforgettable and we would definitely book again!

Great wrap around balcony and Outstanding view of ocean ! Nice unit ! Check in took 45 minutes with a long line and only one person working desk ! Elevator key cards are a nightmare , had to go to lobby and have them reset everyday !

Dana, thank you for your review. We usually have 2 people at front desk, but the day of your check in, we were short 1 staff member, and therefore it took more time than usually. Beautiful condo AMAZING views

Communication with owner was great. Everything went smooth on check in and with amenities so I never needed to contact the owner during our stay. Only issue was on Friday and Saturday elevators became much busier due to weekend stays. Not a big deal, never waited more then 5 min. Beach chairs and umbrella were perfect plus the condo had extra beach chairs and floats for our young adult kids! 7-11 and Walmart were a short walk which was great since we did not rent a car. Ubers were quick and convenient. Loved this part of FL. Already planning our next trip there. Great shopping....Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall.

Amazing views! Great space! Property could have been cleaner. Floors dirty and dust. No dish cloth or tea towels. Could not get dishwasher to work. Only 1 pillow per person on 2 of the beds. Party of 6 adults only one umbrella and 2 loungers available to us. No option to hire more! Not many instructions for use of facilities. Unhelpful staff on desk at check in and out. Key passes did not work in the morning of departure so had to get cards. Pleasant Stay!!!

Memorial Day Weekend

This apartment was very spacious and had a gorgeous view of Hallandale Beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the area was very clean. The building itself was in a central area and the pool was a fun place to cool down after soaking up the sun at the beach. There were a few issues such as the back room not having blinds/curtains which was disturbing in the mornings but the owner was quick to respond to address any issues and questions. The only downside was that we selected this property because it was on the beach and we expected to be able to use the beach umbrellas and chairs in front of the building. However, the beach stand that partners with the building is about a 5-10 minute walk north along the beach. It was a little confusing on the first day but eventually it was sorted out. Overall, it was a nice place to spend Memorial Day weekend with the family and we would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful view

The condo itself was wonderful. The view and balcony are breath taking. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking., it functions for coffee and light breakfast at the most. The property and the management was below average. The owner was lovely. They had 1 person checking in and we waited in line for almost an hour. We were unable to get a pool/beach chair for almost 24 hours. The elevator is very slow and there was only 1 for the condo. The beach was dirty, lots of garbage and very over crowded. And the resorts beach area is not located in front of the building it’s further down the beach. The majority of the staff at the Hyde were not helpful and borderline rude. I would not recommend this for family as the pool area is party oriented. There was also a very loud party in the condo next door to us from 12mn- 4am. We repeatedly went downstairs for help and we were told there was very little that could be done because it was an owned building. I would not recommend the Hyde resort.

Amazing!

This property was amazing. We all had a great time. I read all the reviews prior to booking and I can't agree with any of the negative reviews that were posted. Check-in process was quick and easy. Daily Resort fee gives you access to all the amenities which is really worth it. Beach is just to the left of the property and 80 yards is really not a long walk, about 30 seconds :). Beach staff was great and accommodating. On a non busy day they will give you more then 2 towels-not a big deal! And you can always just relocate to the pool if you are not a big fan of the rain. But after-all, This is a tropical climate so rain/storm is to be expected during the day. We personally love the day rain and stayed in the water while it rained :) Elevators - not an issue. We never had to wait longer then 10 minutes, even over the weekend when it was busy. There is more then 1 elevator, so if you learn your way around the building you can just hop on a different elevator. This is a 41 level building so a little wait is to be expected. Trash chute - its on the the same floor as the unit, just at the end of the hall by the other elevator. I know someone posted that there were no instructions and they had to look for it, however, all you have to do is just ask the staff. Thats what I did, also not a big deal. Both restaurants were great. Loved having this option when we didn't feel like ubering somewhere else for dinner. Condo was just amazing, you can't really beat the views, sooo breathtaking:) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Laure

The condo served its purpose.

We recently stayed at the condo during a short weekend trip. The condo was very spacious and clean, as described in the listing. It is on the 29th floor ... so for those afraid of heights, it is up there! :) The condo served its purpose by providing us with a clean place to stay during our visit ... but there are some cons. We checked in on Thurs night and there was only one attendant checking in people there for ABNB. There were 3 people in front of us and it took an hour for us to wait in line and get checked in. No one else could help us. The condo is located in a very heavily traffic area. On Friday night it took us about 45 mins to just get into the garage and at that time, the valet just came and took the keys from us to park the car. There is a separate elevator for the condo, but it was not working on the weekend we were there. No big deal ... we used the other elevator. But there is a door that separates the condo and that door shut on us Friday afternoon. We did not have a key to get the door unlocked and had to contact security downstairs to help get it unlocked. We had just come back with groceries and unfortunately had to wait outside in the hallway for almost an hour for security to come and let us in. We did a lot of waiting. You could benefit from a welcome book or instructions left for guests ... we were not sure what to do with the trash each day, just happened to see someone else take theirs out and we followed behind them. You do purchase a card that allows you access to beach chairs and towels, but it is not immediately behind the hotel. Instructions on exactly where to go to access these items would also be beneficial for future guests. There were A LOT of visitors in the hotel that were not actually there to stay . On Fri and Sat night you would see groups of people coming into the resort with cases and cases of beer. On Sunday there were hundreds of people at the pool. Arguments broke out ... people were asked to leave only to return again. There was a lot of drama at the pool and based on the activity we had seen with so many people coming in, you just suspect they were not guests staying at the resort, just there to party. To each their own, but when you are on vacation and paying to stay in a nice resort, activity such as this is not exactly what you expect to see. Again, the condo did serve its purpose for our trip.
