Ce bel appartement au sol en parquet est situé dans un immeuble en pierre. Il a été récemment repensé et est trÚs calme.
L'appartement offre 4 grandes fenĂȘtres, apportant de la lumiĂšre naturelle, une vue sur une petite ruelle pavĂ©e et une petite terrasse.

En entrant dans l'appartement en sortant tout droit du petit couloir, on a le grand séjour avec la cuisine ouverte. La cuisine est bien équipée et parfaite pour cuisiner des repas simples au quotidien. Le salon est décoré de peintures et d'autres objets de décoration délicats. Il propose un canapé confortable et un espace salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.

A gauche de l'entrĂ©e on accĂšde Ă  la chambre. Elle bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une grande fenĂȘtre et d'un lit double confortable.

Assez rare pour un appartement d'une chambre, un dressing est disponible à cÎté de la chambre.

La salle de bain entiĂšrement carrelĂ©e est situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la chambre. Elle a aussi une fenĂȘtre.Elle offre un espace confortable avec la douche, un coin lavabo et des toilettes.

L'appartement dispose d'une petite terrasse privée accessible depuis le salon. Il sera trÚs agréable à utiliser surtout pendant l'été, pour déguster des repas ou s'y ressourcer en fin de journée. C'est pratique, sûr et calme.

Cet emplacement est une base idéale pour visiter Paris. Les quartiers du Marais et des Halles sont à 5-10 minutes à pied. Vous trouverez 2 stations de métro à moins de 5 minutes à pied. L'appartement reste à 15 minutes en métro des endroits les plus intéressants de Paris et est dans un quartier trÚs charmant et reposant à apprécier aprÚs une journée entiÚre de shopping et de marche dans les musées.

À GREAT PLACE AS LONG AS YOU READ ENGLISH

A calm and peacefiull location. The appartement was exactly as shown on the web. The surroundings are authenticaly French not tourist’ designed. I was expecting instructions in French which wasn’t the case. Probably a marketing choice. The curtain for the shower could be changed. In bref, a pleasant place for a pleasant stay.

Great location

I liked the apartment, it was super quiet (aside from hearing people going up and down the stairs but nothing major). Although it's right off a busy street, I liked secluded pretty alley way where it was located. A few people mentioned prostitutes' and yes, I also saw them but they mind their own business (I only saw one at a time and they were just leaning against a wall). Lots of locals doing their delivery, shopping, eating in cafes, etc. The street felt very safe. I was by myself and no issues at night. I liked all the different food places, easy of transportation options nearby. The place was great for one person, for a couple I could see it being a bit tight space in the bedroom. There's no space for night tables and the mattress is against the wall, with only one side possible for getting in and out of the bed. The bathroom sink is also pretty small, but typical for European bathrooms. There's lots of storage under the sink. It's located on the first floor so you do have to carry your luggage one fight of stairs. The kitchen in nice, large refrigerator. The checking process was not the best. Although the instructions were super easy to follow, it was not ideal as a single person to have to go with your luggage to go to another street to get a lock attached to a random pipe and do the same at checkout. I had a nice stay, I enjoyed my time in Paris and in this apartment.

Nice Apt in city center

The 1bedroom apt was exactly how described. Clean and updated as good as you can in old Paris. I would recommend adding drapes to the kitchen window as there was a tailor business in the neighboring building and they could look right in. Also, the key to the apt is located 2 blocks away and felt like a scavenger hunt. It would be better to put a key inside the entryway.

Perfect apartment on a lively street

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris. The apartment was right on a busy street, but set back far enough to not feel like you were overwhelmed by noise. The apartment had plenty of space, with some very thoughtful decorations and amenities. The small outdoor space was perfect to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

This is a lovely apartment, small but with everything we needed, and we loved the location. We could walk to the apartment from the train station, and walk to the sights we wanted to see. The area itself has an interesting vibe too!

Cute place in great location

Everything looked exactly like the photos and although the checkin process was a bit unconventional, the instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Very close to the Metro which made it extremely easy to get around to all the sites. Great neighborhood as well as across the main street with lots of restaurants/cafes.

NO Air Conditioning

This is a 3rd floor with no air conditioning and while it was 90 degrees with humidity of 100 degrees, we were told to open windows thst are only on 1 side of the apt and a building blocking any breeze! While Parisians were using fans and portable air, we were told we just had to deal with it. The apt was not as nice as the pictures show and the "patio" is only 2 pieces of wood layed together for "privacy". We would not recommend based on th way the owner treated us when we called.

Diverse location

This apartment was clean and had all the amenities necessary to stay a few days while vacationing in Paris. However the check in was somewhat challenging with instructions to pick up the key from a lockbox locked to a sewer pipe 3 blocks away, very strange way to get keys. Then you have to return them to the same place when checking out. We loved all the restaurants nearby and the close Metro stations. The neighborhood is very diverse and close by there are prostitutes hanging out in some of the hallways off the sidewalk . Also you cannot enjoy the patio outside the apartment , not nice and nothing like expected. Overall we had no issues staying here and it all worked out fine since we only showered and slept here since we were sight seeing all day.

Summer in Paris

This is a cute apartment with all the amenities one needs to cook light meals and to enjoy if you plan to explore Paris. While there was a bit more noise than I was expecting from neighbouring apartments, we had large windows we could open and close. Very close to the metro, good restaurants and food markets are nearby.

A week in Paris

We lived the location in the center of the busy Saint Denis area. Close to Metro, walk to museums, Ille Cute, sidewalk cafes with great food and ambience, and groceries. The apartment was great, the balcony was not usable and the picture is misleading. That's the only issue with our stay. We otherwise enjoyed the apartment.

The apartment complex was having work done which was disclosed prior to our arrival. It did mean that the balcony was not accessible and work men making noise outside during business hours.

O proprietĂĄrio entrou em contato pra falar que este apto estaria com barulho/reforma Ă© tivemos q ir pra outro. Era um apto bem antigo, perfil totalmente diferente desse, mas era OK. O que nos incomodou: soubemos disso depois de pagar a hospedagem e o proprietĂĄrio fala com vc fora da plataforma. Ele migra para o email e exige assinatura de contrato, depois que mudou o apĂȘ, novo contrato, toda uma burocracia. Preferia que nosso contato fosse dentro da plataforma. E nossa mĂĄquina de lavar roupa estava quebrada e assim ficou. NinguĂ©m fez nada depois q avisamos

Change of venue

We originally booked the above property but a week before our arrival, they notified us it was under renovation. We were switched to a lovely fourth floor apartment in the Montmartre District instead. The large windows looked out over a charming bricked square filled with oak trees. It was next to a restaurant where we had the pleasure of listening to an accordion player every morning. Very Parisian! The area was safe and full of wonderful restaurants, artists. and the famous Sacre Coeur Church nearby. The linens and towels along with the apartment were fresh and clean, so it was a pleasure to come home after a busy day of sightseeing in Paris. We would highly recommend this location at 16 place Emile Goudeau 75018 Paris. But keep in mind it is a fourth floor walk-up.
