12 personnes (2K, 2D, 2T, SS) Profitez de tout en restant dans Townhome R21A Les clients de cette unité profitent de l'air frais des montagnes sur les ponts tout en admirant la majestueuse Grandfather Mountain View et en profitant du jacuzzi. Cette luxueuse maison de ville de 3 chambres et demie peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes. Il y a deux chambres de maître joliment décorées avec des lits King dans chaque chambre, une chambre avec deux lits doubles et une autre chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Il ya aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon en bas et un lit bébé dans l'un des placards pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants à utiliser. Il y a des télévisions à écran plat dans chacune des quatre chambres ainsi qu'une dans le salon et la salle familiale en bas. Il y a aussi 3 lecteurs DVD dans toute l'unité. Le salon est accueillant avec des meubles confortables et une cheminée à gaz journal et la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour préparer un repas. . The view is amazing, the beds were comfortable but the master bedroom was missing a piece of the blinds in the street level windwo. We used a towel to create privacy and the bathrooms were not cleaned. The management offered to send someone to clean them.

Perfect cabin!

We had a great time. Cabin is perfect for large groups. Very clean. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would highly recommend! We will be booking again for our ski trip next year!

Perfect location, incredible value

3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) stayed over the weekend and it was absolutely incredible. The place was clean, well appointed, and the views are just unmatched. The best part was the amount of space- usually with these condos or cabins you might be able to sleep enough people as is advertised but you'll be stacked up like firewood, not with this place! We'll definitely be back, good value close to Boone, Blowing Rock and skiing.

Family Fall Get-Away

Property met all expectations. Location perfect between Boone & Banner Elk. Indoor pool very clean & great for kids. Only negative- only room at townhouse for 2 cars. Will gladly rent this again.

Wonderful!!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this particular unit for our family girls trip. Just like last time, it did not disappoint. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels and plenty of space. The hot tub is always our favorite! And the view…WOW the VIEW!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great place

Great place and very clean! Only complaint was the TVs did not work. We had to set up our laptop for the kids to watch a movie which was a bit disappointing. Other than that it was wonderful and I’d stay again.

We loved the property and location.

Only concern was that we reported a leak in the basement bedroom and twin bedroom window during the rain. The water was dripping in and over an electrical outlet which could have been deadly. We email and called in to report it and no one came out our responded.

Wonderful Mountain Property!

The property was perfect! We had two families staying at this location, for a week, with 4 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was the perfect set-up for multiple families. The condo was decorated nicely and the views were beautiful. We typically stay on Sugar Mountain, but this location was wonderful for getting to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, and Linville. We loved it! The information provided at the booking and check-in was super helpful and organized. We also really enjoyed the outside pool and clubhouse area. It was gorgeous! The only thing that I would not rate as 5 stars was the cleanliness, although nothing major. There were spots that weren't vacuumed or dusted as well as we would prefer or expect in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It also seemed to be a bit musty in the downstairs area. But overall, everything was clean at first glance and felt clean in all main living areas. Everyone in our group would highly recommend staying at this property, and we definitely plan to stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations

This property was excellent in every way. The views are spectacular, the house is clean and modern, the beds and furniture are comfortable, and the management staff are very friendly. Internet service was excellent as well. The only minor inconvenience was that I could not make my final payment via VRBO, had to go to property management web site (which was fine, just confusing).

Family reunion

This is our third stay in Echota, but the first on the ridge. The property was as described. It had a wonderful view of the mountain. There were a few minor issues but nothing that truly inconvenienced us. I made a list and left it with them at checkout.

Great Weekend

We had a great mountain weekend at this townhouse. The hot tub was a huge hit with the teens (I'm sure my husband and I would have liked it too had they ever gotten out)! We had our son and 3 friends - all 15 - and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out with 2 separate living areas and 3 levels of bedroom options. The beds were comfortable, the views amazing. If you plan on using the grill, check the propane on arrival as it says guests are responsible for refilling if necessary - we lucked out and it was full. Nice to have the indoor pool, fitness and pool table - the fishing ponds looked well-maintained, but we didn't use them this time. The kitchen met our cooking needs. Very convenient (10 min) to Boone and everything in the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

A very nice location and view

I would give this 5 stars but there were mice droppings in the pantry floor where we kept our packaged snacks and other food items. The basement bedroom curtains didn’t cover the windows. Very sheer too. Other than that it was great.

A Mixed Bag

The location is ideal and safe. We were disturbed by the fact that the bed linens did not appear to have been washed. The sheets had hair on them, and the linens and pillows were rumpled, as if previously used. This was the case on several beds. A queen-sized bed had a king fitted sheet put on it, and is was just sloppy.

Property Experience

Location was excellent. Amazing views! Experienced some nuances with the property itself -- struggled with getting gas logs restarted and the range/oven kept overloading the circuit -- so had to keep flipping the circuit breaker. When gas logs were on, got extremely hot in bedrooms upstairs, so needed to keep the doors closed to keep rooms at a decent temperature. With all that being said, we had a great time and enjoyed the views and hot tub!

Mountain air

The Echota resort was soooo nice. We were so impressed with the unit we rented. The beds w/ linens were nice, furnishings, kitchen equipped, the pools, check in and out easy and the VIEW was so awesome. We live at Myrtle Beach and the humidity is so tough this time of year. Love getting our lungs full of the mountain fresh air.....thanks. Only suggestion I would have is to have a Keurig also. THANKS

Possibly due Covid there were some issues with webs throughout. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The unit could use a new set of pots and pans, as the Teflon is in bad shape and bake pans were rusty. Televisions in both Master bedrooms do not work, although maintenance was exceptional, when we needed, they were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!!! Thank you for a great stay at your property!!
