Hidden among the pine-studded hills of Las Colinas, Casa Mokki feels like a storybook cabin brought to life. Built entirely from warm timber and surrounded by lush greenery, this updated wooden lodge offers peace, privacy and all the comforts of home with a little extra soul. Step through the front door and you’re greeted by a bright, open-plan living and dining space, where a modern kitchen leads straight to an inviting outdoor terrace.


The interiors blend rustic charm with crisp, modern finishes, whitewashed walls, wooden floors, and big windows that let in the sunlight and the views. There are three comfortable bedrooms across two levels, plus an additional annex ideal for children. The outdoor space is just as thoughtfully designed: a swimming pool, bubbling hot tub, loungers scattered in the shade of the trees, and a pergola-lit dining area with a barbecue and lounge seating.


Tucked into nature yet only twenty minutes from Sitges and forty-five minutes from Barcelona, Casa Mokki is perfect for families or small groups looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to culture, coast, and countryside.

Casa Mokki is perched in the wooded hills of Las Colinas, a tranquil residential area on the edge of the Garraf Natural Park. The setting is calm and green, with pine trees and native plants wrapping around the property and hiking trails right on your doorstep.


A short, scenic drive takes you to the coastal town of Sitges, known for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful seafront. Spend time strolling along the promenade, discovering sandy beaches and enjoying the colourful old town with its independent shops and cafés. Visit the Museu Cau Ferrat and Maricel Museum to learn about the town’s artistic heritage, then settle in for fresh seafood at a waterfront restaurant. As the sun sets, Sitges comes alive with laid-back bars and a welcoming nightlife scene.
Barcelona, with its famous architecture, galleries and food scene, is under an hour away. Wander through the Gothic Quarter to explore its narrow streets and historic squares, and admire Gaudí’s extraordinary architecture at the Sagrada Família and Park Güell. Enjoy tapas and fresh seafood at a local market like La Boqueria, or relax with a drink along the beachfront in Barceloneta. For art lovers, the Picasso Museum and MACBA are well worth a visit, while evenings are perfect for soaking up the city’s lively atmosphere.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

The hot tub is available for use on request and for an extra charge of €100 per week. Please enquire during the booking process.

The air conditioning at this property is limited to one unit between the bedrooms on the first floor.
