The cabin was wonderful. My only complaint would be not knowing there was a cabin a few feet away and no flat area on the driveway to park. Even knowing this now I am more than willing to stay here or use Aunt bugs for another vacation

My kids and I were impressed with the area and our stay. The parking is very steep but is manageable. We had contact with any issues we had and they were addressed in a timely manner. Would definitely book again. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend with my kids

Location was nice and quiet. Road was off the main road so not much traffic. The cabin needs some updates and repairs but overall it was nice.

Lovely mountain cabin, equipped with everything you may need, Keurig coffee maker, dish washer detergent and dish towels as well as kitchen towels and toilet paper. Beds were super comfortable and lots of extra blankets if needed. Pool table kept my tween occupied in the evenings and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus. The only down side was the entrance to the driveway was hard to navigate, but that was a very small issue. We really enjoyed our stay and the house is located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so very handy to many fun places to see. Aunty Bugs replied immediately when our internet went out so great communication there.

Mountain Paradise, No Joke

Lovely quiet rental property high up in the smokey mountains. Very clean and they had a packet of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, just enough dishes, utensils, and cooking pans. I only wish we had a vacuum so we could have cleaned up a little more before we left.

Overall the scenery was great the location was beautiful the only downside to the property was the steep driveway which wasn’t shown in the listing outside of the parking situation and the route up the mountain side it’s a great vacation spot.

Aunt bugs cabin

We stayed for a week for our honeymoon, overall a beautiful place out in the woods very peaceful very clean. No issues getting there or checking in very smooth, drive way is steep but to be expected in the mountains. Great place to stay would stay again!

Spring fun

Had a great time, we added an extra night which we could do over text . They even sent people out to help with a bee issue we had basically same day. Would love to stay with them again.

Weekend getaway for daughters birthday

Perfect for our little family and dog, close to everything Gatlinburg/pigeon forge. Steep driveway so if you go on the winter just sometimes to think about. We enjoyed our stay.

The hot tub warmed up after we turned it up and let it heat. My girls had bugs all in their room from ants to stink bugs. Ants were all in their bed in the lower bedroom. The microwave is literally falling apart upon opening as well as the upstairs shower rod. There is broken blinds all throughout the house causing uneasiness of privacy. There was no pot holders or oven mits to pull hot food out of the oven. The fireplace turned on but didn’t heat. There is no where to store clothes upstairs in bedroom other than two small drawers. A rack of some sort even if portable would have been nice. The front porch steps look like they are falling apart. There is a hole in the wooden front door causing a draft of cold air. The pool table leans and the pool sticks need to be reheaded due to head wharping as well as no chalk left to even use on the sticks making the experience of playing pool, poor. The tv in the pool room also did not work. The driveway drop was scary and not fun to load or unload. The dishes were limited for cooking and poor quality. The thermostat is acting up. We appreciate the management company and the great communication with us but the house was not a good experience. There needs to be some work done around there for anyone to truly enjoy their visit. We will not be renting this place again.

Mountain getaway

We enjoyed our mountain getaway. The cabin is located perfectly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge/Dollywood! If you plan to cook you need to bring your own supplies as the kitchen is minimally stocked. Very clean and pet friendly!

Our Spring Break Stay

The cabin setup was great for our fam. Our 3 kiddos comfortably took over the upstairs and we were able to sleep on the bottom. We enjoyed the hot tub after our long hikes. The customer service was also great, and the ladies were very kind and helpful. That being said, there are some updates needed (broken blinds, missing curtains, leaky faucets), and there were many bees taking over the outside of the cabin as well as what seemed to be termites both on the outside and inside as well. Assuming those issues are taken care of, I see it being a fine place for a family of 5 to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
