Lieu: Birds Creek Resort à seulement 7 miles Est de Pigeon Forge, TN. Cette cabine incroyable situé au large du ruisseau Bird est à quelques minutes de Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg et les Arts et Métiers Communauté. Cette cabine est assis sur plus de 1. 5 hectares de terrain et offre la retraite et de la beauté boisé. Détendez-vous dans l'un des rares cabines dans la région qui a un dépistage dans le bain à remous avec un coin salon. Cabine dispose d'une grande douche de 2 personnes. Détendez-vous sur les chaises en bois à bascule sur la pellicule développée autour de pont avec votre boisson préférée en attendant votre nourriture pour terminer sur le gril, ou manger à l'extérieur à la grande sélection de restaurants à proximité. Cabine dispose désormais nouveau jeu Multicade Arcade. Jouer tous vos favoris. Regardez vos films préférés, jouer au billard, une boutique, faire tremper dans le bain à remous ou regarder le coucher du soleil. Cabine dispose d'une allée pavée. Cette cabine non-fumeurs ne permet pas les animaux et a une alarme. Cabine offre également un service Internet sans fil. Les tarifs sont basés sur 4 adultes, chaque adulte supplémentaire est de 12 $. 50 par nuit.

No access to streaming services, key gor stuck in the front door, and the wifi password provided by the rental agency was wrong, all was corrected in a reasonable time

Check in was good no problems. There floor was sticky. Front of cabinets were sticky mold on the outside of the tub and the hallway bathroom master bathroom shower was disgusting cobwebs on the windows outside and cobwebs on the inside in the dining room. Garbage spread out on the ground, looking down from the porch Overall experience one out of 10 I would give it a four.

In fact the property exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and looked exactly like how it was portrayed on the website pictures. The office staff were quite helpful and professional. This is one place I'll be coming back to and recommend to friends.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Super clean, exceptional little cabin with plenty of room, lots of towels, sheets, kitche3n extras, etc. Cons: Fooseball table had a broken leg, so it was unusable (they offered to send maintenance up to fix), driveway at about a 25 degree angle or more, king bed was creaky, but comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company and location however, it was all but perfect.

Enjoyed our stay!

We weren't given alarm code so we had to wait outside of cabin while we were waiting on someone to give it to us over the phone. Our neighbors had potty mouths so the kids had to stay in the cabin a lot instead Of relaxing with us on the porch. The beds were a little firm. We had an overall good experience for our first time renting a cabin. The cabin was very clean! The staff was very nice. Great location. Would definately rent again!

Dream Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an awesome experience from the first day we went online to find a cabin in he Smokeys. It was very easy to call Aunt Bugs, all our questions were answered, and they were just as friendly and accommodating when we arrived on Aug 11th for our week long stay! I wish I could have met the owner! The décor in our cabin was wonderful! It certainly lived up to its' name! The only thing different from all of our researching this rental was the view. The trees around the cabin are about 40 feet taller than when the picture currently on the site was taken! Everything else was true to the pics! Will definitely rent from Aunt Bugs again! There is just too much to do in Tennessee in one week!

Spring Break family fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A Bear's Eye View is a beautiful cabin in a great location. It's close enough to all the attractions of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, but in a very quiet, serene location. The cabin was well equipped for basic cooking. The only thing missing was a knife set. There were steak knives, but none for cutting up veggies or bread. The game room was perfect and exactly as described. My only complaint about this cabin is that the living room furniture is not very comfortable. It's older and kind of hard. Also there was no footstool or anything to prop your feet up on. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely use Aunt Bug's again!

Nice cabin but office personnel could be nicer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were married in the cabin and had our honeymoon there. Beautiful and clean cabin. Not what we call secluded as we were told. There are two cabins right next to this cabin. Woman who helped us reserve this was very nice. The young girl at the office when we arrived was not as nice. Wifi didn't work. We went down to the office and spoke to a young man. He said he would find out what was wrong and call us. We never heard from him or anyone all week. Overall it was a nice cabin. Office personnel could use some more training on being more helpful though.

a Smokers Dream

We pulled up to the house and instead of smelling the clean smell you typically get, we were knocked over by the smell of cigarettes. It was horrible. It was 7 at night and I immediately tried calling the Rental agency but no one would pick up I tried for over a half an hour and finally left a message. We had to go and by air fresheners and candles for allege rooms which still do nothing. I called again the next morning after once again reading the review of the Non smoking rental, what a joke. Stephen told us all their rentals are non smoking and he Arranged to have the place ozoned while we were out to help with the smoke. It slightly improved it but still had to use the candles. I told Stephen I have asthma and that cigarettes will trigger it and he offered me a discount on my next stay. Really? There is a layer of dust on the walls and ceilings. The jacuzzi had a layer of scum in it that we notice once in. This place needs a solid thorough cleaning. The Smokies were beautiful but so much more crowded than other National Parks and not with hikers either but people who just want to drive around and then get out an take a picture. Gatlinburg and area is so crowded. The saving grace of the vacation; we saw plenty of bears hiking and Dollywood was lots of fun. We have many more places to see and we won’t be back. We definitely would never rent this house again. You could see all the cigarette butts behind the trash cans outside. Very misleading and never should be allowed to be rented. It has made me wheeze and cough the entire stay and no other options were offered for us. First time we have ever been disappointed with our rental on VRBO. I do lots of research and usually they are what they seem on the listing and with the reviews. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this listing until the whole place has been given a facelift.

Not clean

Dishes not clean and in bad condition. Upstairs bathroom not cleaned at all, garbage from last guests, ring around toilet water from several missed cleanings, bugs on vanity. Dirty sheets left on fold out couch. End table in living room broken. Chip crumbs in dining room chairs from last guests. Check out directions said guests were to load dishes in dishwasher and put away in cabinet after washing but that is obviously not a good sanitary plan. Guests don’t care if the next guests dishes are sanitized obviously. Also, there was no dish washing detergent, hair in coffee cups etc. Soap scum and mildew all over tile shower in main bath. Mold on top of hot tub cover. Water in hot tub low and jets not functioning properly. Hair all over bathroom floors. Floors throughout cabin dirty and sticky in spots. Disappointed in our stay.

Not clean

The place was not properly cleaned. Some sort of brown splattering in upstairs bathroom. Pieces of wrapper and parts of cookie on kitchen floor. We did not bring Oreos. Accumulated dirt/dust in back bedroom. Some kind of mark or stain in bathtub. Crud in blender not ours; we cleaned it anyway. None of this is acceptable. These things were discovered over the course of the visit. When mentioned to the front office, we were offered a free night's stay on NEXT visit. We were not offered anything in recompense for the services we did NOT receive on THIS visit. Just note that "Aunt Bugs" is an LLC operation with a command center, and they behave that way.
