In the heart of Anjou, this spacious 70 m² eco-cottage welcomes you to a preserved estate—an LPO sanctuary where swallows nest. The living room’s panoramic window offers breathtaking views of sunrises over the countryside. You’ll share this authentic setting with the estate’s horses, ponies, and sheep, in an eco-friendly and refined atmosphere.



On the ground floor, a spacious living area combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. An elegant spiral staircase leads upstairs, where you’ll find a bright sleeping area with a comfortable bed and a relaxation area with a smart TV. A dry toilet is also available. Each piece of furniture has been carefully restored to create an atmosphere that is both romantic and contemporary.



Your 30 m² terrace and 100 m² private garden (to be ready in spring 2026) offer a peaceful haven on the edge of the estate. From May through October, you can enjoy a large, shared, eco-friendly 60 m² saltwater pool, nestled in an orchard filled with citrus, apple, cherry, plum, pear, and fig trees, for a natural and relaxing swim.



The Anjou region’s treasures are just a stone’s throw away: the châteaux of Brissac and Saumur, the vineyards, the troglodyte villages, Terra Botanica, the Doué Bioparc, and the Mystère des Faluns. Explore the Loire River by bike (rental available on-site) or by traditional boat. Angers and the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud round out this exceptional heritage.
