Tuscan country house near Lucca with private pool

Welcome to our charming 16th-century Tuscan country house, perfectly situated in the hills north of Lucca. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, this unique location offers unforgettable views of the valley.



Each of the three spacious apartments exudes Tuscan charm with exposed beams and modern comforts. The bedrooms are equipped with fans.



The property consists of:

Apartment 1 - approx. 80 m², max. 4 people. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Entrance through the kitchen.

Apartment 2 - approx. 90 m², max. 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This apartment is located on the first floor.

Apartment 3 – approx. 105 sq. ft., max. 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This apartment is located on the second floor.



The area is ideal for families or couples traveling together, with separate sleeping areas in each apartment.



The outdoor area is a dream for any visitor. With a large terrace, a long table, barbecue equipment, and a green, flat lawn, it’s perfect for dining outdoors and relaxing in the sun (the pool is available from April 18 to October 18). The pool measures 12 x 6 meters and is 1.40 meters deep. The friendly owner lives on the property and is very helpful with various requests and good advice.



The house is built on a sloping lot, so you enter the ground floor at the back of the house, but when you look out the windows, you are actually on the first floor. To reach the front door at the back of the building, you must walk up some stairs (with a handrail) or a ramp. Once inside the apartment, there are no stairs.



The area around the house is perfect for exploring. You’re just a short drive from Lucca and in an ideal location for trips to both the coast and other Tuscan gems. Local shops and restaurants can be found in the nearby village of Matraia, and there are several restaurants nearby.
