39 Victoria Street is a lovely Georgian townhouse. It is comfortable and well-equipped and is in an excellent location to explore Norwich and the surrounding area. Having private parking in the town centre is an extra bonus.The host company(Gingercand Gold) is very efficient with good friendly communication.Norwich is an interesting and charming city. We visited the Castle museum and art gallery, the Bridewell Museum of Norfolk Life and the Cathedral. We also discovered Shoebox Experiences a social enterprise which runs a number of interesting tours. Be warned that these book up very quickly.There are 3 large antique centres- true 'glory holes'There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes both independents and chains.Accessing the Broads, Fens and Norfolk Coast by car is easy and there are regular train services to places worth visiting e.g. Ely and Cambridge.

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review. Really pleased the house and location worked well for you, and that the parking made life a little easier. It sounds like you packed a lot in — the Castle, the Bridewell and the Cathedral are all brilliant, and we had not come across Shoebox Experiences before so we will definitely be checking that out for future guests. Hope to welcome you back to Norwich again soon.
