Cette belle copropriété de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains située sur le cÎté golfe du Mexique de la propriété - Promenez-vous sur le boulevard jusqu'au sable de corail exquis de la célÚbre plage de Crescent, à quelques pas de cinq minutes! Ce condo est une unité d'angle de la suite Club qui offre un puits bien éclairé et spacieux de 1 305 pieds carrés et est situé au 3Úme étage. # 175 dort confortablement un maximum de six personnes pour se conformer au Sarasota County Fire Code.
La chambre principale est meublée de 2 lits queen size avec une télévision à écran plat de 40 "et est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et est également équipée d'une barre d'appui pour la douche.
La chambre d'hÎtes est meublée avec 1 lit King size avec une TV HD à écran plat de 32 "et a un combo douche / baignoire dans sa salle de bain.
Le salon est équipé d'une grande TV écran plat 60 "avec service FIOS HD TV pour votre plus grand plaisir.
Les deux salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit!

Great Rental

Rental was spacious, clean and has a very well stocked variety of kitchen supplies, which made it very easy to cook. Check-in and out was very simple. Access to beach and use of chairs and umbrellas also very easy to coordinate. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was super fast and friendly. The private beach here is amazing. We had plenty of space and it wasn’t too crowded. The pool was sparkling and warm. They had a great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location! Only a short walk down paved pathway to the beach. The beach wagon and cooler provided was helpful! My kids loved the heated pool which was right out the door to the property. The screened in porch was relaxing to sit and listen to the ocean in the evenings. We will be back!

Staycation in Siesta Key

Property & unit was very nice & clean. Only a few things need to be addressed in the unit - replace all the rugs (old & stained) need a non-slid mat in tub, bathroom door doesn't latch. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Beds are comfortable. We will go back to this property.
