Cabin is absolutely gorgeous! Very well stocked with all the necessities that we needed. Very private and so peaceful! Took games in case of a “rain day” but found the cabin had the exact games that I packed (Sequence , Phase 10, and a deck of cards). The hot water in the cabin was better than mine at home! The driveway was a little bit scary
.but not a problem at all! Probably a different story in snow. The owner was very informative and quick on responses. I highly recommend and would return again! Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!

Great Getaway

We were VERY pleased with our stay. Hal is a fantastic host and responded quickly when we had an issue with the tv. One note...if you stay during the week, be sure to call places to see if they are open before making the drive. We found some places closed - despite Google saying they were open.

Guys getaway

Great place for a father and son weekend! Warm and cozy. The winter hiking was beautiful, creeks, waterfalls, and caves. Would love to come back in warmer weather.

Clarion County Stay

We had a group of 8 which consisted of my wife and I and 6 lifelong friends. The cabin was very well maintained and worked nicely for us. We get together every year for a few trips but this is the one we all like the best. It's just so relaxing and a peaceful getaway. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a very quiet and peaceful setting.

Beautiful Quiet get away

Great place for a quiet get away. Cabin is very nice and pet friendly. Very clean too. Nice little dog park on the road in to Ridgway. not far from the cabin We took walks in the area. Leaves were starting to change. Enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Relaxing Getaway

The wrap around porch and gas grill made our stay exquisite! You feel like you’re in the woods, but the location is very accessible. We saw/heard so many different kinds of birds, it was wonderful!

Besides the ring camera out front recording, it was an amazing place! Kitchen has all the dishes you need. Plenty of bedding and placing to sleep. Amazing little hiking trail right from the porch!

River Cabin

Had a very nice stay at the cabin on the river. The cabin is very nice and comes with everything you need. The check in process was very easy. The host made sure we had everything we needed and was available with any questions or concerns. The location is very nice and secluded. Already booked another stay for next year. Would recommend the staying at the cabin, especially those with a family.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

Truly enjoyed our stay here ,stayed in Benezzette for three days prior to staying here An this cabin is just simply Amazing its perfect you have the allegheny Forrest the clarion river up In ridgeway there is a very nice Dog park only minutes away everything from hiking hunting or fishing at your fingertips A lot of history in this location also,,,The Host is very polite an friendly Great folks to deal with.even had decent internet for those lazy rainy days.every morning I strolled to the river,Than off we were on our adventure for the day truly a peaceful an quiet place Thanks so very much Hal for sharing this Amazing cabin,,,We will be back Thanks again

The cabin was built in 2017 with the help of many friends and family.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Location is perfect. You can walk your kayak down to the river from the cabin or it's only approximately 200 yards upstream to the Arryoyo Canoe Launch. This is THE BEST stretch of the Clarion River for fishing and paddling. The XYZ Rapids are just downstream from the cabin!
