Guest Access
Guests have full access to the yurt, deck, parking area, and nearby trails. The yurt is one of four located atop Heartwood Mountain. Each offers privacy, though you may see other guests nearby.

Things to Note:
• Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival and noted on your reservation
• WINTERTIME: Please note that 4WD/AWD is highly recommended during the winter months (December-March). During heavy snowstorms or ice on the roads - 4WD/AWD is required. While we do plow and salt the roads, they can still be difficult to traverse using a regular vehicle, especially if we have had a lot of snow. Use caution.

- If bringing a pet, please be sure to pay the necessary pet fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fine.
- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding. Please pick up after your pet to ensure the yard is clean and free of pet waste. Thank you!
- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
