Occupant un grand et beau terrain de conservation orientĂ© plein sud au bout d'une impasse tranquille sur ce magnifique complexe de villĂ©giature. Vraiment l'un des meilleurs lots disponibles: pas de voisin arriĂšre mais une vue sur la forĂȘt! Ceci est une magnifique maison avec une belle sensation de paix. Les hauts plafonds, les murs et les meubles de bon goĂ»t ne sont que quelques-unes des choses qui aident Ă  placer cette maison au-dessus de la plupart des autres maisons sur le marchĂ© dans ce domaine. Certaines des amĂ©liorations rĂ©centes incluent des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain principale, des stores neufs et amĂ©liorĂ©s partout, des baies vitrĂ©es qui mĂšnent Ă  la piscine, une salle de jeux rĂ©cemment peinte avec table de air-hockey et table de billard. La suite principale est trĂšs spacieuse et meublĂ©e avec goĂ»t, un grand placard et une salle de bain merveilleusement rĂ©novĂ©e qui a deux lavabos, une baignoire et une douche sĂ©parĂ©es, de nouveaux miroirs, un nouvel Ă©clairage et cette porte trĂšs importante pour la terrasse de la piscine. Il y a une deuxiĂšme chambre qui a sa propre salle de bain et il y a deux autres chambres doubles partageant la troisiĂšme salle de bain. La cuisine est grande et sociable offrant un bar de petit-dĂ©jeuner, un coin repas, une buanderie intĂ©rieure et toutes les installations nĂ©cessaires pour satisfaire tous les besoins culinaires.

Amazing home!

Best home rental so far! House was clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. The location was quiet and the pool was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

Close to Disney parks

Great stay overall with just a few minor annoyances. Not perfect but worked OK for our family. Very close to Disney parks but far enough away to give you a break. Property management company was helpful and prompt in responding to our requests. If you like to have control of the AC temp during your stay you many want to look somewhere else, the thermostat was locked and even the property management company didn't have access to change it for us. We were able to email the owners and set it once and then leave it for the rest of the trip, not ideal but not a deal breaker for us. You'll only get one roll of TP per bathroom, 2 garbage bags for your entire stay so you may want to bring additional with you - it is very close to a Walmart and Publix so easy to replenish but a little annoying considering the cleaning fees added to the daily fee - seems like they could throw in a few rolls of TP. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and such a nice perk after a long day at the parks. The air hockey and pool tables were fun, but they are a little worn (eg only one of four cue stick have an actual working tip, we had to level the pool table)

Needs maintenance

We enjoyed our stay at this house as far as a place to come back to after a long day at the cheer competition or Disney parks. However there were tons of bugs inside and outside of the home. There was a hole in the fencing around the pool where we had wasps coming in constantly, which shortened our time out in the pool. We had red ants coming in the patio door biting us while we were trying to eat and huge spiders that went through the whole house. In addition the TV in the living room was locked so you couldn’t get channels and the air conditioning controls were locked so that there were times during the day when you were freezing and times during the day when it was extremely hot. Both the toilet In the Mickey Mouse bathroom has to be fixed and The switch to the air hockey table is broken So we weren’t able to play air hockey. Finally, there was a terrible sewage smell outside. Outside of having to chase bugs, this home was a pleasant place to stay and relax and enjoy your downtime. Thank you for sharing your home.

Disappointing stay

We've stayed at a large number of villas over the past 20 years and have always had a good experience which is why this one was so disappointing. The positives are the villa is big and in a great location. There are plenty of towels provided and the beds are comfortable. The security team at Windsor Palms are really friendly and its very near to Disney which is really helpful and convenient. The villa itself is in a nice quiet location and due to it being at the back the pool isn't overlooked which is nice. The villa itself is getting old and in need of investment. Additional cooking equipment is needed in the kitchen and the air hockey table in the garage wasn't working. Whilst this in itself is manageable the problem is that the owner and management are not exactly helpful when things go significantly wrong. Whilst we were there in 85f + heat the air conditioning broke down and needed replacing. The management company did send someone out initially quickly but then for 24hours we were told nothing wondering what was happening. When we spoke to the management company they just brushed us off saying the booking wasn't with them, we should just turn a fan on and mocked us for saying that we needed it to be comfortable. Then after emailing the owner asking them to call us (they did not provide a contact number which VRBO said was 'unusual') about it more than 4 times it was only after VRBO customer service team called them that they actually agreed to speak with us by being transferred directly. My husband (who spoke with them) felt like they didn't really understand that the villa needed to meet its basic spec advertised and their attitude was they were doing us a favour by trying to fix it but were very non-commital saying someone else would 'look at it' again on the Monday saying they were doing all they could to fix it even though they wouldn't arrange a weekend call out leaving us very uncomfortable and worried about the increasing heat coming. The air con was eventually fixed 3 days later but it left us feeling very disappointed with the treatment we received. Its a great shame as the villa has great potential in one of the best locations in Windsor Palms but given the service we received we wouldn't be staying there again.

Family trip to Universal

The house was nicely decorated and clean on arrival. It had everything you needed. The private pool was clean on a very private lot that faced a wooded area with a creek or some type of body of water down below. My kids enjoyed going up to the clubhouse pool, arcade, and movie theatre. You can get food and drinks at the bar by the pool there. Check- in was stressful for us. When we arrived after a long day of travel, our names were not on the list with security ( it's a gated community). I did not get a response immediately from owner via email and the phone number for the owner on the vrbo listing was out of service. Finally after proving we were renting, the security gaurd let us continue to the home where there was a number for the property manager. It got straightened out but was not a great start to our trip. There was also a smell outside the home...almost like sewage. Not sure what it was.... I did not notice it while walking to the club house... just on the cul-de-sac that the house sits on. The house was about 25 min to Universal Studios and even closer to Disney. 10 min to a grocery store and lots of restaurants and shopping. About 5 min from the Island Grove winery ( wonderful food and wine!).

Wonderful Rental

The location and quietness of this rental is what we were looking for. The number of bedrooms and the pool were also nice features. Some aspects of the home are in need of cosmetic updates and small things like the light in the spa tub did not work (we did not contact owner since this was minor for us) but overall we were very happy with our stay. It was a great retreat after a crazy busy day at Disney.

Beautiful home & stay - 100% recommended!

My family and I had a amazing time and experience. All amenities just as described, and I can say they even exceeded my expectations. The home is very well kept and super clean. The clubhouse had everything needed to have a great time, and the resort is very well maintained. We enjoyed every minute and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Orlando.

Nice, clean & calm

I was looking for a place that I wouldn’t have to leave I just wanted a week to relax in the sun and with a pool and this was it! My kids loved the pool and the floaties we found there.

We absolutely loved this place!!! Our host was the best and anything we needed we got!! Pool and hot tub was amazing and so relaxing. The house was nice and clean with plenty of space to spare. We are looking forward to booking another trip.

Great stay

House is in a nice location on a cul de sac which gives the backyard a lot of privacy and it is in a very quiet gated community. It backs up to a nice wooded area. We opted for the heated pool since we visited in late March. The pool was deliciously warm, better than any pool I have been in through VRBO or at a hotel. The house is well decorated and quite spacious for our family. There is a community center with a small store and a large pool, and they also have a restaurant (which delivers). Communication with the owner went quite well booking the house. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great family place!

We loved having the pool right in our backyard. Getting the heat working in the pool and hot tub were slightly tricky during our colder stay, but we got the hang of it. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We loved being on the cup de sac, and felt comfortable letting our kids rollerblade out front. We would absolutely come back again!

A great house for a family vacation

We just wrapped up another amazing family vacation in this home. The location of this property is everything... south facing and very private. We've stayed in this house in the past (different owners), and since Emma has purchased it, they have made some nice improvements throughout the house. I have stayed in multiple homes in the Kissimmee area, and I've researched hundreds more.... this house is a great value. Very clean, all of the essentials in the house, with a clean and beautiful pool area. Emma was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions we had. If you're looking around and you like how it looks in the pictures, you can safely book a great vacation at this house now. We are already thinking about our next Disney vacation, and we'll stay here again. Only a couple of things we would change.... we would love to see a few ceiling fans in bedrooms, bedroom carpets replaced with tile flooring and HD receivers for the televisions (at least for the main living room TV). But these are all very minor things. Thank you Emma for sharing your wonderful home with us and making our family vacation even more magical! cheers, Ryan

Roomy villa with nice amenities

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this property. The villa was spacious for our family of four. We enjoyed cooling off in the swimming pool and had a few heated games of pool and air hockey! Access to the Disney parks was not bad; 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. We felt at home while there and we loved the artwork in the property.

Lovely villa holiday home in a great location

We had a lovely stay at this holiday villa. This was our third stay on Windsor Palms but our first time at this villa. The villa is located at the end of a road and is private and un-overlooked at the rear. Inside, the villa is very well equipped and well presented. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished. The large pool and Jacuzzi were clean and perfect and we spent many a happy morning and evening in the pool. The pool table in the games room was a great feature, we had several family pool tournaments (though I didn't win any)! The WiFi and cable TV were great and the air conditioning was essential. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals during our stay. The lounge area is well laid out and the corner sofa is very cosy. The bed in the master bedroom is huge and very high, but most importantly very comfortable. The master ensuite is very large and the separate shower was a welcome feature. The other bedrooms were equally as comfortable and well equipped. Windsor Palms is a great community, lunch at the club house bar was good value and the shop is well stocked with essentials. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and the location is ideal for all the Disney Parks.
