THE COZY VILLA is a modern villa .

The Cozy villa is located in the prestigious area of Indian creek . This ultra modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World, just a 3 miles drive to the Walt Disney World front gates.

This spacious villa is modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. The main living room includes a 65' smart LED TV . WiFi throughout the villa and pool areas. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada. Gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and top of the line brand appliances stainless steel.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided.

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.

Two Master Suites with king sized bed and 50 'smart Led TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

One other master suite with queen bed and also 50 “ smart led tv

Two other bedrooms (Mickey bedroom and Harry potter) bedroom include matching twin beds and 32' LED TVs).

Private games room with Pool table, foosball and Air Hockey. Screened in lanai is the perfect place to take a break after a long day of theme parks, the large pool and spa are fully fenced for more privacy .

We are only 15 minutes away from Universal Studios, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Sea World, Wet and Wild, Lego Land, 60 min to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf beaches, 1 hour to Daytona beach and the space coast, NASA, Cocoa Beach. 20 golf courses.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet quiet and relaxing. Check-in was simple, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed at the property with my family during the holidays. The communication with the owner was smooth, check in was seamless and the stay was enjoyable. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool as the temperature dropped as soon as we arrived but it looked really nice! House was clean and well equipped. I was a bit leary about the strict rules with guest and parking but later realized that it is probably a city / neighborhood ordinance. It all ended up working itself out in the end so there were no issues. Neighborhood is very close to Walmart for convenient shopping and a short driving distance to the Disney parks. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area in the future.

Beautiful property

The house was perfect for our family - large kitchen, bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Pool and spa area was great! Location was amazing (10-25 minutes to all parks) - area was beautiful and easy to access. Highly recommended!

From the time we booked the rental everything went great. The owners were responsive to all questions. The house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of rooms, pool was nice after a long day at the Disney parks, and location to the parks was ideal.

Disney Family Trip

The house exceeded our expectations and was the perfect fit for our family vacation. The pool was large enough to accommodate 5 children and the adults enjoyed the hot tub/spa. The house was very close to Disney, we never had a drive over 20 minutes. There are many stores and restaurants near by as well.

The House was wonderful. It was very well kept and clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We were 5 mins away from stores and restaurants. This is the second time that we have stayed at a property hosted by Michel and we will definitely stay at one of their properties again in the future.

Great Place to Chill

This house was absolutely great. We had three small family units so it was nice for everyone to have their own bathrooms, with an open, comfortable living area for the group. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was so nice for relaxing after a busy day.

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
