Pourquoi perdre votre temps et votre patience Ă  attendre sur un ascenseur quand vous pouvez garer directement sur le mĂȘme Ă©tage que le condo !! Une serrure de porte d'entrĂ©e sans clĂ© de sorte que vous n'avez pas Ă  suivre les touches!



Phoenix West est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux du Golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les baies vitrées du salon et de chaque chambre. Avec plus de 2600 pieds carrés, l'unité est trÚs spacieuse et nouvellement meublée.



L'unité est décorée de façon professionnelle, avec armoires personnalisées, bar avec machine à glaçons, téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 60 pouces dans le salon avec télévisions à écran plat 50 pouces dans la chambre principale, téléviseurs haute définition 45 pouces dans les trois autres chambres, buanderie avec lave-linge et séchoir. Trois chambres ont des lits King et il y a deux lits Queen dans la quatriÚme chambre! Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace pour dormir au total 12.



Il y a une riviÚre lente, un toboggan aquatique, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clÎturée, une piscine chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et un court de tennis sur le toit.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans aucun remboursement pour violation.



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement Ă  votre arrivĂ©e. Ils sont facturĂ©s une fois pour 35 $ par vĂ©hicule. Tous les logements louĂ©s Ă  Phoenix West avec 4 chambres vous garantissent d’acheter jusqu’à TROIS laissez-passer de stationnement. Phoenix west

Checking was super easy and the building is conveniently located. The unit was overall clean and nicely decorated. The carpet in the unit needs to be replaced. The pool area/lazy river was very crowded and the pool water was dirty. We have stayed at several properties in Orange Beach and this one was somewhat underwhelming due to the pool area and extremely long elevator lines at certain times of the day. The pool area backs up to the parking garage, which tends to diminish the relaxing feel that I was looking for. Would probably not choose this location again.

Great Stay!

The property was as pictured, roomy and like home. The best location and amenities. Small issues with the main tv and refrigerator were taken care of with no waiting. Overall we had a fun and pleasant stay!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This place was incredible! It looks even bigger in real life. The living room was very spacious with panoramic ocean views. It was nice that everyone had a private bathroom in their room. We had a large group, my family of 4, parents, grandpa, and brother &sister in law. It was nice that all the couples were able to have king size rooms. The double bed room worked out perfect for us and our 2 boys (6 and 2 yrs). It was nice to have a walk in pantry for groceries and also the ice maker in the bar was a nice perk for drinks out on the balcony and down at the beach. This place felt like home for a week and we were all sad to leave! :)

Family vacation to Orange Beach

This condo met the needs of our family group of ten nicely. It was clean and ready to go on arrival. We had a issue with a toilet and one of the TV's, but management took care of the problems quickly. The parking on the 8th. floor was very convenient. The grilling area was very nice, with plenty of grills and tables. The kitchen was well supplied, the only thing I would suggest is more kitchen towels, and some pot holders. All the windows were great and we had wonderful views, but it did warm up inside in the afternoons. All in all it was a very nice unit, and we thoroughly our week there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip overall! Spacious, clean, large balcony, plenty of towels, location was great. My only complaints are that the code for our door did not work after 9:00 a.m. on our checkout day and checkout time was 10:00 a.m. Luckily some of us were packing while others of us were loading the cars so we had someone to let us in but the code MUST work until checkout time. Also, no seasonings except a small salt shaker in the condo. The front desk was super slow, had an away message and said they'd be back soon but it took 15 minutes for someone to show up.Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
