Incroyable maison au bord de la rivière Kenai avec de belles vues

Maison récemment meublée située sur la rivière Kenai avec une passerelle vers un quai de pêche privé avec station de nettoyage du poisson. Belle vue depuis le pont enveloppant. Quatre chambres et trois salles de bains sont situées dans la maison principale. Une chambre et une salle de bains se trouvent dans le magasin / garage indépendant de la propriété et ne sont disponibles que de mai à octobre. Le niveau principal comprend une grande cuisine gastronomique, un salon avec cheminée, un coin repas, 3 chambres (un roi maître et deux chambres avec reines) et 2 salles de bains, buanderie, véranda et grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière Kenai. Le sous-sol récemment rénové comprend un bar-cuisine, une salle de cartes, un billard, une chambre avec lits superposés avec 4 lits doubles et une salle de bain complète attenante.

The property was spacious, well furnished, well equipped, and very clean. Host was accomodating and communicated well. Our family was in town to vacation and watch our son play hockey for the Kenai River Brown Bears. Staying at this property added to our experience.

Fantastic house!

This is a great home for a family. Homeowner was easy to deal with and close to town for necessities. The pool table was a nice bonus and the view was amazing.

Imasaka Family Reunion

Awesome rental with all sorts of family friendly activities. Outdoor fire pit, bbq grill, lanai with seating to view the Kenai river, indoor fireplace, pool table, etc. that kept my entire family busy for our weeklong stay. To top it off, we had a hot run of Kenai reds and Homer halibuts. Couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return again.
