Brand New Beach House (octobre 2017)! 4 chambres à coucher 2. 5 salles de bains. 16 personnes.

Belle maison de construction neuve (octobre 2017) située à quelques pas de la plage. La maison faite sur commande comporte la plate-forme partiellement couverte avec l'allocation des places, de hauts plafonds, la moulure de couronne, l'éclairage enfoncé, les ventilateurs de plafond, les planchers en bois magnifiques et le granit partout. Comprend un immense espace de divertissement en plein air avec 2 tables de pique-nique, un bar, un barbecue, une douche extérieure et une salle de bain, ainsi qu'une station de nettoyage du poisson.

La maison de 4 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain dort 16 confortablement avec beaucoup d'espace pour votre famille et vos amis. La suite principale comprend un lit king size et une grande douche à l'italienne avec deux pommes de douche. Les trois autres chambres comprennent une chambre avec deux ensembles de lits superposés intégrés personnalisés avec éclairage personnel et bornes de recharge, une chambre avec deux lits queen et une autre chambre avec un lit double.

Cette maison a toutes les commodités pour faire de belles vacances: télévision par satellite dans chaque chambre, WIFI gratuit, lecteur DVD, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et laveuse / sécheuse.

Great House

We loved the house and the property manager was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Location was great! The golf cart is a must and so glad it was easy to rent from the property manager. We had three families stay with 3 children. Total was 9 people and the accommodations were perfect! We can't wait to go back!

Such a great stay!!!

Such a lovely beach house. The interior is absolutely perfect in it layout and beachy decor. The layout of beds and the way the rooms were set up were perfect. Gerald went above and beyond to help us out with somewhere for my jeep top and doors. Location is very convenient to beach and stores/restaurants. Thanks a bunch!!!

Great time!

First off the host Gerald is an amazing guy. He is so helpful with everything and quick to respond. The place is located in a great spot. The convenient store is literally right there for any thing you end up forgetting and we did a lot that weekend, but also a very short drive to the beach. Every room has a queen bed which is very nice. Very clean. We would stay again for sure.

Great location and set up for family

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, was well stocked, and the owner was very helpful. The golf cart is a must when staying in Port Boliver and so nice to drive back and forth to the beach. It was a short 3-5 min walk to the beach from the house. The house mattresses were comfortable! Would recommend this property!

Awesome three generation vacation at the beach!

The house was exactly what it appeared to be on line - there was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The kids loved the bunk room and everyone loved the master shower along with the convenience of the outside shower. It was beautifully furnished and had all of the amenities we needed. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach each day and we can't wait to go back next year!

Crystal Beach was a great get away. Ferry ride was quick and easy. Location to the beach was great- house had all you would need — except Off- which we took. Only extra thing you might need to pack, would be mosquito repellent! We had a great time! The beach house was perfect!

Beautiful and Affordable Beach House

I cannot stress enough how smooth and comfortable our stay was with Mr. Hanson. It was our first time renting a beach house and it was amazing. This home has EVERYTHING you need for ur stay, except obviously personal items. If u are thinking of booking with him do not double think the golfcart, It was a BIG plus along with late checkout. Definitely Highly recommend him and his properties for rent! We will definitely be back!!!!
