Review on house

The beach house rental really accommodated our needs well. Location was great, nice home. I do suggest some maintenance. One of the tvs was broken. A bathroom mirror fell from wall, luckily it did not break. Door knob came off of door as it was loose. Remote control missing from bedroom. This did not affect us. We still enjoyed the beach house!

Beautiful Property. Lots of room. My only qualm that they say pet friendly but do not allow pets on couches or beds, and want to charge 500 if it happens. This was not mentioned when we first booked. But the house is beautiful and a city block from the beach.

This house was amazing! Very clean, organized and perfect location and views were amazing.. The title says fenced in yard and its not fenced in.. it does have a gate at top of stairs to fence in deck -which was awesome with kids and dog. Perfect multiple familys.

The beachhouse is in a wonderful location. We got in the house and was getting settled in and we noticed dust bunnies in the corners of the house and we had ro rewash some of the dishes before we could use them. This house is perfect for multiple families. Plenty of room with bathrooms for every bedroom. Located close to the beach. Will definitely be back again.

The process to rent the house was easy and fast. The house was very clean and big enough for the entire family. Didn't care too much for the check in and check out time.

Great location

Overall this was a great stay! The house is super close to the beach and has everything you need for a big family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property management was very quick to respond to any issues or questions. Checking is was a breeze. All that being said I do have a few negatives, the lift for luggage etc. was not accessible and looks as though maybe it is broken. While there is a sign that says no smoking the house really smells like cigarettes and was unpleasant. There are also no extra blankets and what is on the beds is very thin. Again overall it was good but there is potential to take this home from a 7 to a 10+ very easily.

Annual Family Vacation

We had a ball! There was plenty of room and everyone was able to find their own quiet spot. Access to the beach was right down the street. The kids couldn't wait to walk down there each day. The sound of the water at night was so relaxing and the breeze off the water was perfect in thehot sun. We will definitely keep this house on our list. The owners were very accommodating and responded to all of my texts within 5 minutes. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

Great House

The house was nice and clean and came fully stocked with everything you need. It had a nice modern coastal theme, The bedroom set up was very nice with plenty of sleeping accommodations for multiple guest. Wife is very picky when it comes to hotel stays or rentals, mainly for cleanliness. She loved this house. It was only a couple minute walk to the beach or less than 30 seconds on the golf cart. We try to come to crystal beach once a year or so and this was one of the better houses we’ve rented. Will definitely try to book it again next time.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! The rental agents for this property were super friendly and we’re always checking to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is a block from the beach, and had great sunrise and sunset views. The house has every you could possibly need and more. Will definitely book here again.

Relaxing time at the beach

This property did not disappoint! Pictures and description accurately described the property. Location was perfect-a simple walk to the beach and a very short ride to Stingarees (which served one of the best steaks I have ever had). Host was professional and communicated well. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great layout

The property was very clean and the home had a great layout. The kids loved the bunk room. It is on the second floor so I would definitely say it’s built for older kids. The ladders and multiple stairs may be difficult for younger kids to climb so keep that in mind. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again!

Framily Time

We took our senior boys there for the weekend for a short getaway. Home was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking too. Everything was just as listed and expected. Boys had a great time even though Wifi was spotty as can be expected at the beach. We had a great tech free weekend with the kids and parents. Perfect distance to the beach. Overall thrilled with the house and will return.

Just perfect!!
