It suits couples, families and dog owners wanting outdoor pursuits, with Dartmoor and Tavistock close by and a spectacular valley view.

- Private terraced garden: a lower seating area with firepit, table and chairs, and a viewing platform with further seating up steps (logs available from the owner for an extra charge).
- Private gated drive with ample parking.

- Well-equipped kitchen: oven and hob, large fridge freezer, air fryer, built-in microwave, dishwasher.
