Nestled in the heart of the Reggio Apennines—just 30 minutes from Parma and Reggio—this is more than just a holiday home; it is a cozy, welcoming retreat where every detail has been carefully considered. Imagine waking up, opening the windows, and being greeted by the sound of birdsong, the crisp fresh air, and a view of our stunning hills. Our apartment is situated in this very corner of lush greenery. Located on the first floor of a detached house, the accommodation combines the independence of a private home with the warmth of a space designed to make you feel instantly at ease. It is the perfect sanctuary if you want to escape the city bustle while staying close to everything our region has to offer—from charming villages, hiking trails, and castles to traditional balsamic vinegar producers, cheese dairies, and, of course, excellent food! Curious to take a look around? Here is how the space is laid out! "Oasi di Quiete" (Oasis of Calm) and "Raggio di Sole" (Ray of Sunshine)—our two bedrooms—are spacious, intimate, and cozy, designed for your ultimate relaxation. There is a bright living room featuring two comfortable sofas and a smart TV for truly relaxing evenings. The bathroom, with its pink accents, is functional, welcoming, and well-appointed; it includes a rejuvenating shower and a handy complimentary toiletry kit for our cherished guests. Air conditioning is located in the central hallway, and fans are also available in the bedrooms. But that’s not all: our kitchen is fully equipped for aspiring chefs, featuring an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, kettle, and coffee machine—everything you need for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you don't feel like going out! Is there more? The highlight is yet to come: "La Terrazza dei Sogni" (The Terrace of Dreams) ✨ This is the true jewel of the house. We named it this because, at 60 square meters, it is a genuine outdoor paradise overlooking a beautiful, meticulously maintained garden. It is equipped with everything needed for unforgettable moments: A large table with chairs for al fresco dining or enjoying an aperitif; a relaxation corner with a small sofa for reading or listening to the sounds of nature; a lounge area with two armchairs and a coffee table; and a solarium area where two sun loungers await you for sunbathing in total privacy. Imagine having breakfast here in the morning or simply relaxing on the loungers. Did you think that was it? No! There is also a private, fenced 400 m² garden—a vast green lawn where you can listen to birdsong, sunbathe, and—at night—gaze up at the stars or watch the fireflies. We also have something new: come and discover our new "Country" corner! The spacious and convenient courtyard next to the entrance is entirely at your disposal—ideal for parking and unloading luggage with ease. Small pets are welcome! We kindly remind guests that smoking inside the apartment is prohibited and parties are not allowed. Self check-in is available by prior arrangement if you are arriving outside the standard check-in hours.💕
