The town of Helston is 4.5 miles away, a bustling community with some interesting heritage features, including the 15th century Blue Anchor Inn. You're in easy reach of the coastline and fishing villages too, including Porthleven, St Michaels Mount, St Ives and Kynance Cove all within 16 miles. The beautiful beach at Praa Sands is only a few miles away and has a great beach café. You can also head down to the beachside town of Hayle and walk along the 3 miles of golden sands of St Ives Bay, with Godrevy Lighthouse and a seal cove at the end. On arrival, you certainly won’t be disappointed! With high quality interiors and stunning character throughout, this really is a fabulous retreat positioned on a working farm at the very end of a track, you're in the heart of the Cornish countryside.

Enter through the courtyard into the light and welcoming entrance hall. Kick off your outer-wear and step down into the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge with bespoke vaulted ceilings and bi-fold doors leading into the garden. The beautiful kitchen area is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. This stylish room really is the most fantastic social space to gather around and catch up with family. Play a game of cards at the dining table with seating for all or get comfortable on one of two armchairs and take it all in with music playing on the Smart TV in the background. Play endless games on the multi games table or relax in the lounge area with plenty of seating for everyone in front of the Smart TV. From the hallway, head to the king bedroom with doors onto the rear garden to enjoy your morning coffee. You'll find two twin bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a super-king on request) and another king bedroom with en-suite shower room. There's also an equally stylish family bathroom.

Heading outside from the living area, there is an enclosed garden with lawn which borders farmland, you may even see some animal visitors! There are numerous beautiful countryside walks to enjoy right from the doorstep. Make use of the outdoor seating and dine alfresco with the BBQ on the go.
