Maison spacieuse de deux chambres prĂšs de Central Egg Harbor

Cette maison est une histoire, deux chambres, une salle de bain avec une reine et un lit simple dans une chambre et un lit double et un lit simple dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Cuisine complÚte, véranda, cheminée, à distance de marche de la marina Egg Harbor, boutiques, restaurants et galeries. Tous les draps, serviettes, couvertures, oreillers, etc. sont fournis. Il y a un grand marché situé à quelques pas de la maison. Egg Harbor est un excellent emplacement central pour des excursions d'une journée vers les nombreux sites et activités de la péninsule du comté de Door.

Sont également inclus l'utilisation gratuite des équipements de l'Alpine Resort - 1/2 mile à pied - vélos, bateaux, plage de sable, piscine extérieure, tennis, basket-ball, jeu de palets, des activités nocturnes en Juillet et Août. Des forfaits de golf à prix réduit sont également disponibles pour le parcours de golf Alpine à Egg Harbor.

Very spacious, clean, nice view of the lake, close walk to the piers and local shops. Bathroom looks like it was recently remodeled and clean. Beds were a bit rough/not comfortable at all and could probably use new pillows or bring your own.

This will be a go to for us, and we will recommend to friends who visit Door County. Location was wonderful, cottage was so vintage AND comfortable. Great launching pad for anything in Door County. A Just our style. Groceries, coffee/, shopping, sunset at our doorstep practically, dining! Enjoy the screen porch or take a few steps to the marina to enjoy the vibe!

Great getaway, excellent location

We had such a fun stay at this property. The location just couldn’t be better - we walked to coffee, shops, the market, restaurants and marina. Really had a memorable time with our family. And the property was plenty spacious for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the view of the water and really enjoyed the screened in porch. We would absolutely stay here again.

A visit to Egg harbor in Door County May 2025

We had a wonderful time. Our 2 bedroom cottage was immaculate and had many original features--beautiful wood, transom windows in the bedrooms, a built in ironing board, and a screened in porch. It was like a step back in time. We definitely want to come back!

A great spot with a water view!

We loved staying here! This cottage has everything you’d need - a comfortable living and dining space, a well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and two cozy bedrooms. What makes this place special is the screened in porch that overlooks the harbor. It’s spectacular. Add in the convenient location, and this is a spot not to be overlooked.

Great Property

The cottage is in town and an easy walk to all the shops, restaurants and a nearby grocery store. It is very clean and our host was very responsive. It could benefit from more silverware. If it is a warm day I would recommend turning on the AC early in the morning. We never could get the house to cool down on the one hot day we had for our visit. The screened porch is a big plus and we enjoyed our stay.

I was born and raised in Egg Harbor, Door County, Wisconsin. I went to grade school in Egg Harbor (the current location of the Egg Harbor Fire Dept.) and attended junior high and high school at Gibraltar H.S. in Fish Creek, 5 minutes north of Egg Harbor. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and have been involved in a family business my entire life--the Alpine Resort and Golf Course in Egg Harbor. After 100 years of ownership, we have sold the business to a new owner. My family continues to rent our eight vacation houses in Egg Harbor seasonally. I have two adult sons and I live in Sturgeon Bay, about 20 minutes south of Egg Harbor. Door County has been a great place to grow up and live and I'm blessed to have the opportunity to remain here on this beautiful peninsula. I love to swim and boat and fish in the summer. And I enjoy skiing and ice fishing in the winter.

This house is located on a property with a nice lawn area and is available for rental only from May 1 through late October. It is lovingly cared for and maintained and has beautiful woodwork and a granite fireplace. The house was built by my family and has always been in the family. My family also built two more houses like this one close by with the same floor plan. I love the spacious living area and dining room of the house. And it's location on Whitecliff Road is really great. Whitecliff Road is a quiet road that runs north along the shoreline from Egg Harbor to Juddville. It has private summer homes with lots of access to the water.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love the airy living room and fireplace. And the screened porch facing the marina is wonderful on a warm summer day. If it gets cold in the evening, the fireplace provides great warmth. And it's easy to take a quiet walk along Whitecliff Road, walk out to the shoreline, and enjoy the view.

Many of our guests stay for five to seven nights. We are open to longer term rentals of this house. If you are interested in an extended stay, please contact us.
