My wife and I and family have stayed in this house several times and love it every time we stay. It is just what we look for in a house. We enjoy the fireplace and screened in porch the most and it is located perfectly to take advantage of Egg Harbor and Green Bay.

Overall a pleasant stay - great location

Overall stay was great. The hosts were fantastic, the home had a great charm to it, was clean upon our arrival, pets were welcome, and it felt cozy in the best possible way. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cottage, fabulous location

Across the street from the water with a great screened in porch, and less than a block from the main drag - but quiet! Wonderful cottage with all we needed to fully enjoy our time in Egg Harbor.

Late summer in egg harbor

Had a great stay in this unit. Incredibly convenient location, a short stroll from downtown and harbor. Clean, comfortable, old-fashioned cottage with everything we needed.

Packers Weekend

My wife and I and our boys (dogs) stayed at the house to attend a Packers game. We love Egg Harbor and this house was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the screened porch, the fireplace, and the close proximity to Egg Harbor and the marina. We hope to stay here again!

Great location! Very convenient

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was very convenient to the marina, market, and many restaurants in Egg Harbor. All walkable. The house itself was cute, clean and comfy. It fit our family of 4 very well. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly as it says. Somewhat outdated but perfect location. Screened porch was perfect. A fire pit is the only thing missing.

Location, Location. Egg Harbor

As our first trip to Door County we chose a Vrbo in Egg Harbor in walking distance of shopping and restaurants. It was exactly what we needed. Within walking distance of the grocery store so we only needed to eat out twice. And the cottage was very pleasant. Met the owners who are life long residents of EH and they gave us good feeling for the community.

Cabin 1

Nothing fancy, an “up north” cabin
 quiet except when the barbecue joint top of the hill leaves their stereo on all night until they come back in next am. Short walk to marina and Egg Harbor attractions. Very clean
 Cabins 2 and 3 had views of the lake. All in all would go again.

We didn’t use the kitchen. Heating and cooling worked great. Beds were adequate. The porch was lovely but the view could have been improved by trimming the front of the property. The owners were very pleasant! Location was excellent.

Relaxing Door County Vacation

This is our second year staying at this home on White Cliff Road in Egg Harbor in Door County. We love it because we can walk to everything- restaurants, marina, shopping. About the house, it has all comforts of home, we can cook when we want and it has most of the cooking pots, pans, utensils, grill and a dish washer. I could not find the cutting board. I love the screened in porch so we can enjoy the evening breezes minus the bugs. Thank you for also allowing our pet to come with us. Would stay again.

Good location for walking to town/restaurants, but much older than expected. Ants invaded the kitchen by day 2 and the bedrooms and sleeping conditions were quite old as well. Outside porch was a nice surprise.

I was born and raised in Egg Harbor, Door County, Wisconsin. I went to grade school in Egg Harbor (the current location of the Egg Harbor Fire Dept.) and attended junior high and high school at Gibraltar H.S. in Fish Creek, 5 minutes north of Egg Harbor. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and have been involved in a family business my entire life--the Alpine Resort and Golf Course in Egg Harbor. After 100 years of ownership, we have sold the business to a new owner. Our family continues to rent our eight vacation houses in Egg Harbor seasonally. I have two adult sons and I live in Sturgeon Bay, about 20 minutes south of Egg Harbor. Door County has been a great place to grow up and live and I'm blessed to have the opportunity to remain here on this beautiful peninsula. I love to swim and boat and fish in the summer. And I enjoy skiing and ice fishing in the winter.

This house is located on a property with a nice lawn area and is available for rental only from May 1 through late October. It is lovingly cared for and maintained and has beautiful woodwork and a granite fireplace. The house was built by my family and has always been in the family. My family also built two more houses like this one close by with the same floor plan. I love the spacious living area and dining room of the house. And it's location on Whitecliff Road is really great. Whitecliff Road is a quiet road that runs north along the shoreline from Egg Harbor to Juddville. It has private summer homes with lots of access to the water.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love the airy living room and fireplace. And the screened porch facing the marina is wonderful on a warm summer day. If it gets cold in the evening, the fireplace provides great warmth. And it's easy to take a quiet walk along Whitecliff Road, walk out to the shoreline, and enjoy the view.

Most of our guests stay for five to seven days or longer. We are open to longer term rentals. If you are interested in an extended stay, please contact us.
