Un rez-de-chaussée une chambre, une salle de bain condo avec une cuisine complète, un salon spacieux et une chambre privée. La cuisine comprend tous les gros appareils électroménagers, de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et une barre de petit-déjeuner permettant aux clients de prendre leurs repas à la maison. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen, d'un fauteuil inclinable et d'une télévision murale à écran plat. La salle de bain offre une combinaison baignoire / douche, WC et vanité simple. Il est accessible depuis le salon offrant aux clients séjournant dans l'intimité de la chambre. La chambre contient un lit king size, une armoire avec une télévision à écran plat, un bureau et un dressing. Profitez de tout le confort de la maison dans un excellent emplacement! La piscine communautaire et le bain à remous sont à quelques pas du condo et le stationnement hors rue est situé directement en face de l'unité. Great location

We loved our stay. Ground floor provided easy access. Condo was neat and clean and well stocked. Short walk to la Quinta restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

VRBO was clean and decor was as expected. Location is excellent--easy walk to shops and restaurants. Also convenient for the American Express golf tournament. Patio faces south--great for enjoying outdoors. King bed was very comfortable. Some minor details could have been better: no kitchen wraps of any kind; small number of dishes meant washing often; WIFI wasn't working when we arrived, but immediate repair was great; living room TV control will not adjust volume on TV (but bedroom TV control does); minimal lighting in living room. Bathroom tub is VERY slippery! CA Vacation Villas took good care of us--easy to access and excellent at replies.

Winter stay

This was our second stay in this condo development. We enjoy the location and plan to return again. The condo itself was as advertised, a nice lay out, full kitchen, access to four pools and hot tubs, comfortable bed and a short walk to Old Town. Check in and check out were efficient. Two small items that can be easily fixed, get some new ice trays and clean the air vents.

Spring break vacay

The property looked cleaner and newer in person. There were plenty of towels, dishes and toiletries. The owner had quick response when we had an initial question. Checkin and check out process very simple. There are two hot tubs on property. One was working which was fine with us. Would recommend this place for sure !

A short review

Everything was great. Only couple things was the chest of drawers in the bedroom were unusable. The Wi-Fi also was hit and miss. Other than that is was a very nice property. Would come back. Thank you

La Quinta stay

Reasonable condo. My only problem was getting timely information. It always arrived but sort of close to my check in. Also the apartment needs a better armoire in bedroom. Drawers were basically unusable. The top one almost fell out and the bottom drawer had no handle. Salt and pepper shakers would have been welcome additions.

Safe Escape

The location and serene backdrop made this stay relaxing and very enjoyable. Condo was comfortable and for the most part clean, I say that because the shower curtain could be changed or sanitized as there was an odor in the bathroom, not disgusting just present. All in all would definitely stay here again.

La Quinta getaway

The property is well furnished and very comfortable and quiet. This is also a good location, you are close to old town right across the street and stores, theaters, and great dining places are nearby.
