Villa Eileen is the perfect Villa for a young families, with its spacious indoor areas and isolated outdoor pool area.

It is situated in central Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. A short five minute walk will bring you to the resort’s main beach, Las Cucharas, a stunning child friendly beach with miles of golden sands. There are also many shops, bars and restaurants in this area.

Whether you are a group of friends enjoying a holiday together or you are holidaying with the family, Villa Eileen is the perfect accommodation in the perfect location!

On the lower level of the Villa you will find a bright and spacious living room featuring a modern entertainment system – a 52′ HDTV, with multiple English and Irish channels, Netflix and a Bluetooth sound system.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a full size fridge, and a dining table that seats 8. An adjacent utility room contains a fridge-freezer and washing machine.

On the upper level, you will find a separate sitting room that includes a 52’ Smart TV (allowing access to your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts), a Bluetooth sound system and two sofas that seat 5 people. One sofa can be converted into a double bed.

Double glass doors lead out onto a balcony giving you full view of the pool area.

The pool and patio area has a large split-level sun terrace with a beautiful 8 x 4 meter oval-shaped saltwater pool. The pool can be lit at night, is accessed by Roman steps and is electrically heated during the winter. It is the perfect place for you to relax on the sun loungers and beach towels provided. The poolside shower gives you the convenience of showering before or after the pool without having to enter the villa itself. There is also a pool table located on the patio area that adds to the entertainment options.

There is a secure barbecue area with a charcoal barbeque and dining tables that seat up to 10 people. This dining area is fully enclosed with a secure door leading out to the pool and patio, so it is ideal for little ones to play outside.

Villa Eileen has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. The upstairs bedroom is ensuite and has a private balcony, and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is WiFi throughout the villa.

For your little one’s convenience, we also have one full-size cot and one travel cot and two highchairs that you can use free of charge. Modern state of the art security alarm systems, with two safes, are installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.
