La villa dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains dont une avec baignoire et douche. Le bas a une douche Ă  l'italienne, les deux ont des douches Ă  jets. Il dispose d'un grand salon avec cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e et tous les appareils, y compris laveuse lave-vaisselle, etc. Il y a un WIFI et TV avec toutes les chaĂźnes anglaises, il y a un DVD et une vidĂ©o et aussi un systĂšme de musique pour la radio et les CD. Il y a WIFI dans la villa. Dehors, il ya une piscine chauffĂ©e avec escalier roman pour marcher dans idĂ©al pour les enfants ou toute personne ayant des problĂšmes de marche carrelĂ©e patio chaises longues et parasol table et des chaises pour se reposer et manger. Il y a une douche solaire extĂ©rieur, donc en fonction du temps des douches chaudes peuvent ĂȘtre prises Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. À moins de 200 mĂštres, il ya un supermarchĂ© qui vend tout ce dont vous aurez besoin Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et la bande et de la plage principale est Ă  moins de 400 mĂštres. La vieille ville et le port est Ă  moins de 600 mĂštres et est une promenade rĂ©guliĂšre le long d'une route plate qui Carmen est assez rare.

We had a really nice stay at the villa. It’s in a great location and felt well set up with everything we needed for our time there. The villa itself was generally clean and comfortable, and the pool was well maintained and great to use. We especially liked the sea view from the balcony area, which was a lovely spot to sit and relax.There was a good range of TV channels available, which was useful during quieter evenings. The owners were friendly and easy to contact, and it was reassuring knowing they were on hand if needed. Overall, it was a fairly comfortable and straightforward place to stay and a good base for the area.

Lovely Villa.

We had a girlie getaway for 4 days. The location of the villa was perfect for bars, restaurants and shops. The pool was fabulous. The view from the upstairs terrace was beautiful. The kitchen was well kitted out but would benefit from a few small extras like a chopping board and a few more wine and tumbler glasses. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely villa. Would definitely stay again.

Great Christmas holiday

Stayed with our son and girlfriend over Christmas and had a great time. The villa has everything you need, great heated pool, cooker hob ,microwave , coffee machine washing machine and dishwasher. 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent property and location to Puerto del carmen

Really good property, excellent location. Property was very clean. I would highly recommend staying there. Minor downside, leaves from nearby trees blowing into the pool. But propriety was excellent.

Great villa, very well equipped, great having our own pool, great location to supermarket, beach, bars and restaurants, no more than 10 minute walk and the weather was superb at 30 degrees plus, hence the pool was a welcome treat 🌞🌞

We have stayed in a number of villas in Lanzarote and this was one of the best Location was great, five minutes from the centre of the strip. Check in was easy with great communication. Pool was a great temperature. The villa is a good size and had all the facilities we needed Highly recommended

Great house with pool near the beach and main strip

The house is lovely and spacious with everything you need. It really is very well equipped, good tv with UK / Irish channels, Bluetooth stereo, loads of kitchen utensils and glasses, dishwasher, bedding, towels, sunbeds. The owner called us before and explained everything we needed to know. The pool is great and has sun all day. Location is good to, few minutes walk to little shop or the Main Street by the beach with restaurants and bars. It’s actually very quiet too with no traffic noise or bars close by. You could easily manage without a car. Taxis are cheap and easy to find. All in all we had a great stay and would happily return.

Great villa

Great Villa. Location is perfect. Short walk to main strip. Pool area gets sun all day and terrace has lovely views of sea. Villa has absolutely everything you need. Check in and out was simple and host let us leave cases until our taxi was picking us up. Great holiday. Thanks Alex

Great host , was always in touch , excellent villa location, we are a family of four with two children , short walk to the beach , area is very quite and safe , lots of small supermarkets around and just ten min walk there is a very very nice supermarket called Mercadona with the most amazing fresh sea food you can desire , pool is heated but still a bit fresh but kids did not mind , villa has everything you need in the kitchen for making lunches for kids and cooking.

Good location but known issues let it down

The location is good. Central town but up from the Main Street so peaceful. The villa has a good sea view from the balcony The pool although small is heated and private. The first floor is the living area and is nicely set out. The ground floor is where the bedrooms are We had issues with this area and notified the owner direct of these. Unfortunately we did not hear back from them. The issues will have been known to the owner for some time

Home from home

Just arrived back from a fantastic week, listing does not do the property justice, communication with owners was good and everything was as they had said gardener and pool guy were friendly and didn't intrude at all. Property was large/spacious and come with all modcons. Villa was clean and well kept, pool was a fantastic addition, views were amazing and was only a short walk from the main beach with all shops and restaurants. Would definety recommend 😊

Great place to stay

Confortable place to relax and spend some days. Well located. The only down wide is that fridge was not working. We thought It was just taking longer to cool but It wasnt. Food turned bad second day. Other than that, i recommend the place.

Superb Villa, Excellent Location

Have stayed in Lanzarote many times before but this villa is by far the best we have stayed in. Ticked every box of things we personally look for and more. Heated pool perfect for all ages, AC, Amazing sea and mountain views, all day sun in garden and balcony areas, private sunbathing areas with proper sun beds, two bathrooms with proper warm power showers, cool bedrooms for easy sleeping, spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was easy and no issues at check in or check out. Location is perfect. Based half way down the main strip with its many bars and restaurants and set just far enough back to be in quietness for a relaxed stay. No need for a car hire as everything is a few mins away but if you do opt for a car you could park right outside, supermarkets 200m away too. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Peurto Del Carmen. I will be looking to book this property again very soon.
