Nouvelle maison de ville situĂ©e Ă  The Commons at Seashell. C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour louer une ou plusieurs unitĂ©s pour des rĂ©unions de famille, des retraites et des rassemblements d'amis. Il y a une grande piscine commune, des hamacs pour se dĂ©tendre, des tables de pique-nique pour des repas en plein air Ă  l'ombre d'une cabane au centre des unitĂ©s. Chaque unitĂ© dispose d'une douche extĂ©rieure pour le rinçage du sable de la plage. Il s’agit d’une promenade facile ou d’une promenade en voiturette de golf menant Ă  la plage. Cette nouvelle unitĂ© est joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et dispose de 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - lits superposĂ©s, BR3 - Queen) avec un canapĂ©-lit Queen en bas. Il y a des tĂ©lĂ©visions intelligentes Ă  Ă©cran plat dans chaque chambre et un grand Ă©cran plat en bas.

Wonderful property!

Property was exactly as advertised.Clean, well stocked, everything worked great. Mgt. Co. was great to work with. Requests were handled promptly and pleasantly. A few Palmetto bugs visited, but other than that, a great vacation experience! Would definitely return!

Neat, Clean, and Pretty Place to Stay

We walked in, and it looked just like the pictures - very clean and smelling nice. If you have a toddler, make sure to bring a baby gate for the stairs. The only thing is the concrete floor may need to be resealed - my toddler's feet were black with dust everyday! Otherwise, very nice.

Was pricey for what we got, not stocked enough for a 3 day stay. We ran out of things like toilet paper, trash bags etc. But other then that it was a great place to stay.

Nice place - communication with property management was good. Broken latch on dyer - so technician had us use duct tape to hold door closed. The part was not available during our stay.

Pictures and descriptions overall match the place - just be aware the bunk bed room is tight with just beds so best for kids. We had one problem with a sink drain that management handled promptly. Location nice for 5 minute drive to the beach where you can park your car and unload your beach gear easily. Common area nice for larger family groups with kids.

Family Trip

Was exactly as we expected and was on the site. We had a great time - it was perfect for my family (wife and myself plus a 3 and a 5 year old on the bunk beds) and my parents in the third room. The room was perfect and just what we needed. Only issue was the front left burner on the stove - it got way too hot and is a hazard. But really enjoyed and check in and out was very smooth and had everything we needed.

Family Vacation - Close to the beach!

We had a great time at this condo. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 6 of us and it was a short golf cart ride to the beach and the pool was a nice option on the days we didn't want to go to the beach. I will say, when we got there our outdoor chairs were broken and a fuse was blown upstairs, but I let the property manager know and they had someone out in less than 10 mins. Things to know: you are only provided 5 trash bags and you are expected to to bring/purchase anything additional, there is no detergent provided for the washer, there are no spices provided for cooking except for salt and pepper. Also, the front left burner on the stove has one setting: HOT! Other than those few things, we were satisfied and would consider staying here again.

The house was more then we expected it was absolutely beautiful!!

We would absolutely stay here again. It was so amazing and our kids loved being so close to the beach and then having a pool to play in after all the salt water. Very clean andEasy check in and check out.

Great condo!

This was great! Lots of other families for my kiddo to play with, and when I mentions things that needed to be addressed, management was quick and responsive. If we come back to Port A, this is definitely at the top of our list!

Was good for what we needed.

The home was nice. It could have been cleaner. There was dog hair in the bed so we just slept on the top of the covers. It was good enough for a short stay. The neighbors were partying up all night and very annoying. The community could of been a bit nicer. But the photos of the pool and house were realistic. It was fine for the price and short time.
