AH-D113: Newly Remodeled First Floor Condo, Near Shared Community Pool, Pet Friendly

This newly remodeled first-floor condo is within walking distance of the shared pool and hot tub. The large open living area has a plush, red couch (Queen sleeper sofa), loveseat, and oversized tan chair (Twin sleeper chair) for relaxing and watching TV. The adjacent, modern dining table has seating for 4 to enjoy meals or games. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There are two stools at the bar for additional seating. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while sitting in the Bay breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) is decorated in a Nautical theme with a Twin and Queen-sized bed, nightstand, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The hallway guest bath has a tub/shower. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom in neutral colors (BR2) which has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, wall wall-mounted TV, a closet, and a sitting area for reading with two accent chairs and a bench. The ensuite bath has a tub/shower. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet in the hallway. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Upon arrival my wife noticed the bath tubs and dining table needed to be cleaned. I called the property manager who had someone come clean the areas within just a few minutes of my call. Communication was great.The condo itself was spacious and offered everything we needed. The air conditioner worked great and signing on to WiFi was easy. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room was perfect!! Plenty of blankets, pots and pans. The ice maker was great! Communication with host was great! Hot tub water was very dirty :( other than that, we'll be back 😍

Overall good spot for price

You can hear everything from neighbors upstairs. Property is close to beach, not too far only big down fall was that kitchen was full of ants and sliding door had missing Blinds which let people see inside.. The condo's A/C worked great, real cold at night... Honestly if the ants wouldn't have gotten into all our food id give it 4 stars... Little guys ruined $140 work of food lol..

Very nice condo!

We stayed for a couple days and had a wonderful time. The place was nice and clean, the appliances were very nice, new and good quality. Checking in and out were pretty easy. It was conveniently located and neighbors were nice and quiet too. The pool was nice! Would stay again.

Stay at Port Aransas

Overall property was very nice! Floor did feel a little sandy. Back patio was very dirty and my husband cleaned it. There was no broom to sweep. Kitchen could use more and better pans and utensils. Also chairs for dining were very wobbly. Other than that it was great!
