Great location.

This is a great unit with a perfect view of the #2 green and #3 tee box. It is a nice property with all the amenities you need. Easy check in/out and Art was a pleasure to work with. We can't wait to come back.

Great spot

We had a wonderful stay at Arts place. Everything we needed and well stocked kitchen. The north exposure is perfect in the hot weather with a view of the mountains and nice sunsets.

Quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay in a beautiful complex.

We stayed at this townhome for almost 1 month. The check in process was very easy and we received all instructions in advance. The owner contacted us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was clean and to see if we needed anything. The townhome looks just like the pictures, the location is very quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything necessary for our stay. We really enjoyed ourselves and spent a lot of time at the many restaurant options. We look forward to our next stay!

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 3rd tee of Palm Desert Resort and Country Club

A very well-kept, well furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a patio, barbecue and a garage. You will not be disappointed choosing this lovely home. The beds are comfortable and there is a huge walk-in closet in the master bath. The linens are new and premium quality. Everything you need is in the kitchen including a refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Excellent, friendly owner.

Beyond Expectations

Clean, cozy, comfortable, and was unbelievably well stocked with soap, cleaning supplies, linens, kitchen gadgets, utensils, dishes glasses, pots and pans ~ well , pretty much everything. Arrived to find a spotlessly clean condo. The two bedrooms are small but they both have comfortable king beds, and nice linens ~ prefer that over space. Art was incredibly responsive to the few issues we had and we are confident that he will take care of the one problem we had that couldn’t be fixed immediately. He even called our first night there to make certain we got in and that we were happy with everything. The golf course was closed for over seeding and we knew that ~ but appreciated Art also informing us of that fact. We loved the patio and spent much of the time out there. Will be book with Art again? Absoluelty. Thanks, Art!

Amazing getaway in Palm Desert

This is the first trip we took since Covid hit. Cleanliness is a factor for me and this condo was sparkling! There were also plenty of disinfectants supplied if needed during your stay. Now to the overall review, I cannot say enough about the wonderful time that was had at Art’s well appointed condo. First of all, Art is a fabulous host. Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. His condo is gorgeous with an amazing and expansive view of the golf course. The condo had every thing one needed to make any drink or meal you desired. Beds were so comfy with nice linens. Fantastic water pressure and comfortable furniture throughout the condo, including the patio. Pool and hot tub are close by (1 min walk). If cooking isn’t your thing while on vacation, lots of nice restaurants close by and quick ones too including In and Out and a highly sought after Hawaiian ice cream store (Lappert’s). Book with Art, you will not second guess it, you’ll only wish you booked longer! Thank you Art for a wonderful and safe stay! We cannot wait to return!

Lovely setting

The view from the patio of the second green and third tee box was very much appreciated with shady areas . The unit was comfortable and roomy with very good kitchen supplies ( dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, bowls, etc. ) Hope to be back next year

Palm Desert Fun

Clean, comfortable and well-stocked accommodations in a great location. This townhouse style condo has plenty of room to stretch out and relax while enjoying wonderful views of the golf course and sunsets. An Amazing Find

We had a very positive experience, from the initial booking, getting settled in once we arrived, until our checkout. Our hosts were easily assessable, always available & responsive, more, than accommodating. Our location was ideal, the house itself, a real gem, sparkling clean, roomy, nicely appointed, beautifully decorated, & extremely convenient , & comfortable. It was a pleasure being in such a beautiful, relaxing setting , it made for a most enjoyable week in the desert.

Nice place

Nice property at a reasonable price. Property is well-appointed and the gated community is clean, safe, well run, and friendly. The property is not in the heart of the Palm Desert commercial and entertainment areas, but there are good restaurants nearby and it is convenient to destinations and activities in Coachella Valley. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Views

Overlooking the 2nd green and next to the Blue tees on the third hole made our stay quite pleasant. Each evening offered a gorgeous sunset. Mountain View’s were off to the northeast. We will plan to stay here again.

Great place & location

This was our first trip to PS & first VRBO experience. Art was great to work with. He was very responsive & helpful. We had a little trouble finding the front gate at first but that was due to the GPS system trying to go in the back gate. Enter from Country Club Drive (not Hovley). This location worked out great for us as the many golf courses & friends we visited were all within about a 10-15 min drive. We even had friend staying a little ways down the drive at a nicely renovated condo. The pool & hot tub was close and clean. The course was ok. We played a twilight round one night for $37. I wouldn't pay full price to golf there. Grocery store was just a short drive down the road a bit. Careful getting in & out of the master shower, it's a bit slippery. A fire pit on the patio would have been nice. Was fun watching people hit up to the 2nd hole and tee off on the 3rd hole. Thanks again Art! We can't wait to go back to PS. Kelly & Scott

Had a nice stay!

The owner was super responsive to any requests and/ or questions that we had. The place was well stocked and clean and well appointed from the TVs in both bedrooms to the nice Weber gas grill. The garage was a little funky but not a big deal. Nice to have a garage! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Mental Escape

Art's place was perfect; well apportioned, everything you could need inside and out, with a location to die for on the golf course. Art was a terrific host with a great response time. My wife and I are looking forward to our next trip to Palm Desert, and hope Art's place will again be our base camp.

Clean and comfortable condo on the golf course between a green and a tee box. Nice Weber bbq and modern kitchen appliances. Ceiling fans in every room are a great touch. Property manager is quick to respond and helpful.
