This beautiful condo is situated in a prime location within Palm Valley Country Club. The living room features a sectional sofa that offers ample seating for enjoying your favorite TV shows and sports on the 65-inch Smart TV. The dining table accommodates four people, and the kitchen is conveniently connects to the living room through a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-stocked and provides access to the front patio, which includes a small bistro table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room boasts high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and access to the patio, where you can enjoy a view of the golf course. The condo features a washer and a dryer and parking for two cars.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main en-suite bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, and views of the golf course. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. There is also plenty of closet space available for guest use. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen-sized beds, a dresser, and large closets. The hallway bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a single sink with ample storage.
EXTERIOR
The front patio includes an outdoor sofa for relaxation, a four-burner BBQ, and access to the garage. The back patio offers stunning views of the golf course and a water feature. It features a six-person outdoor dining table, two chaise lounges, and a fire feature for cooler nights.
