Ideally located in Palm Desert, walking distance to shops and restaurants and only a short drive to Indio or Palm Springs. We are located in circle 8 of the Sandpiper development. Countless golf courses to choose from near by. Enjoy access to a beautiful courtyard pool and mountain views and private back patio with a comfortable hammock. This property comes with a fully stocked chefs kitchen with Thermador appliances, gas stove and Weber grill.

Enjoy a spacious home office with double monitors to connect to your laptop (located in the second master bedroom).

Exercise on a peloton bike or use 2 provided bikes to cruise around the neighborhood.

This property will make you feel at home immediately.

Great home near Indian Wells tennis tournament

The house was immaculate and comfortable. The host answered our questions within minutes. The location for the Indian Wells tennis tournament, proximity to restaurants and shopping was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

The accommodations were exactly as described and perfect for the 3 of us!! The JURA coffee maker was clearly one of the stars!!!! The place was VERY well equipped... would definitely come come back!!!!

Great Last Minute Stay

Geraldine was probably the most responsive and accommodating host I have worked with on VRBO. The service was excellent. And the home itself was perfect for our stay. I feel like the pictures under-sell it a bit. Everything was great. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely use when we need a place in Pam Desert in the future.

Wonder mid century home

We hosted two couples for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The house was in a great location, spacious, clean and had all the conveniences of home. I would recommend.

Perfect location for a week in Palm Desert

We loved the walkability and proximity to hiking, dining, shopping and exploring! The Sandpiper community is a little hidden gem. We loved the mid-century vibes of the buildings and specific home decor. The home itself was well equipped for cooking and eating in. The Jura coffee maker was a fun treat for great coffees in the morning without having to leave the house! The owner was communicative and responsive to any issues or questions we had. We made a couple minor recommendation regarding some organization needs that Geraldine seemed to be responsive to as well as some issues with the Peloton... all very minor. The access to the pool was great. The small couch in the living was surprisingly comfortable and there are lots of great chairs to sit in to relax and read. Overall we had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back to stay in Sandpiper again.

The host was very responsive and the residence, surrounding grounds and views were awesome. Location was also great as it is within a 5-10 minute walk of the shops and restaurants at El Paseo. I would not hesitate recommending this residence to anyone looking for a quiet, central location that shows as advertised in the pictures.
