Maison moderne dans un excellent emplacement avec tous les éléments essentiels!

Spacieux deux chambres avec roi et deux jumeaux. Deux salles de bain complÚtes. Conception de plancher ouvert pour un espace confortable et amusant pour se détendre et profiter de la bonne compagnie. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine. Entrée sans clé dans la maison avec un code unique pour chaque séjour.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plage, y compris les serviettes, crÚme solaire et beaucoup de glace pour votre glaciÚre. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place dans une buanderie privée. EntiÚrement clÎturé dans la cour. La maison dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit et de deux grands téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat avec Netflix et cùble de base.

La propriété est située dans un quartier résidentiel au bout d'un cul-de-sac, à environ 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Fort Lauderdale et à prÚs de 30 minutes de l'aéroport international de Miami. Facile à conduire au centre-ville de Miami et Fort Lauderdale avec accÚs voie rapide (Sun Pass avec option de location de voiture).

La maison se trouve à moins de 2 km de Gulfstream Park, qui abrite une piste de courses de chevaux, un casino et un village commerçant en plein air. Il y a une variété de restaurants et de bars là aussi. Il se trouve à seulement 3 km environ de la plage la plus proche et du célÚbre centre commercial Aventura.

Le centre commercial Aventura est l’un des plus grands et des meilleurs de la rĂ©gion mĂ©tropolitaine de Miami / Fort Lauderdale et compte de nombreux magasins populaires tels que Apple. Il y a Ă©galement de nombreux restaurants et une salle de sport haut de gamme appelĂ©e Equinox.

La maison est également trÚs proche de Hollywood, avec son charme de la Floride et sa célÚbre promenade en bord de plage. Moins de 10 minutes en voiture.

Host is super responsive and friendly. Home had everything we needed, was clean, quiet and our 2 dogs were welcomed which is hard to find and greatly appreciated! I saw some people had complained about the area, but... It's typical Miami. We never felt unsafe, the most *beautiful* beaches are literally a 2-4 minute drive, we Ubered to the stadium to see the Hurricanes win, and we have zero complaints. The house has everything you need and even some bonus things like beach chairs, a few cold waters in the fridge... We will absolutely be staying again for future games.

Communication with owner and access to property was superb. Location of property was ideal, close to restaurants, stores, and beach. Home was clean and provided for all the amenities that may be needed. If we are ever back in Miami, we would definitely rebook. Highly recommend.

Hallandale stay.

The property is really nice. It had a lot of things that we needed in the kitchen, laundry room. and bathroom. You didn't have to buy a lot of supplies. I like that this had a private fence. I was able to enjoy being outside and have privacy. If we had any questions or concerns, the host was very courteous and kind and address them. Overall my state was wonderful.

Everybody the property management The Neighbors the neighborhood was friendly and secure. The rental itself is in a cul de sac and everybody knew everybody so it was very secure. Located south of the airport this rental has less traffic more ease of access

Not the place for us

The property is in a much more "urban" area than expected. The street to get to the property had panhandlers throughout and homeless people on the street. My wife was uncomfortable with the area, so we never even went into the house. I tried to explain this to the owner but they all they could say was they didn't understand what I meant when I said the area was "sketchy". Basically had to eat the rental cost and find a different place to stay.

Great location

Quiet place to stay tucked away in a neighborhood but close enough for all the Miami tourist places we wanted to go. Perfect for our family of 4. We really appreciated the beach chairs/towels. The house is well furnished and we had everything we needed.Thanks for a lovely stay!

Not Happy about the area

Kate was very nice.The area was dirty but not the Property itself. My two main issues was no TV in the small room and the soap containers are used by all guests.I prefer individual soap.But again it was ok and I thought the price was a bit high but just needed a place for my family in a rush. Yes I will rent again if needed she was very understanding about my issue. Thanks Kate.

Hidden delight

This was a beautiful property right in the middle of a hallendale neighborhood. They have safety cameras and a long term resident nearby. The place was clean, bed comfortable and I felt like I really got away! The host was able to answer questions and give suggestions about local places. She was great. She suggested and I agree that you drive to Hollywood beach. It was worth the drive. I parked in the nature part so it cut down a little in the parking cost then you can either enjoy a more secluded beach or walkover on the cross road/walk to Hollywood beach and enjoy that atmosphere - it’s clean and has some restaurants and shops accessible. Family friendly too. She’s also dog friendly which was what first attracted me. Fenced in, lots of grass and some trees - perfect for a dog. Also if you drive at night it can get confusing so make sure it’s the correct street and drive almost all the way down to end of could de sac and you’ll see 2 open spaces. It was hard for me to initially see numbers at night. But it’s mainly families and quiet In that section. I would go back -I liked the feel of the place - open and clean and comfortable. Beaches aren’t In walking distance be prepared to drive. The drive wasn’t bad though worth it to go to Hollywood beach.

Overall Very Good

This property was overall the epitome of 4 out of 5. It was "very good." Not just fair, not awesome. The coffee maker was moldy, the exhaust fan vents were crusty with dust, the master bed made an inexplicable clunk when we laid down, and the build quality was all "landlord grade" with cheapest-option-from-Home Depot vibes. HOWEVER, that's really everything that was bad. The most important things were quite good. The beds and linens were perfectly clean. The lights and switches and appliances worked well. The kitchen was quite nice (not as "landlord grade" as the rest), the water was good, the showers had nice pressure and heat, the lighting was very good throughout, there was plenty of shampoo and TP, the instructions provided were clear, it was quiet and peaceful at night, the neighborhood was very nice and conveniently located, and check in and check out were perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to save some money, but you don't want to compromise on a safe, restful, fully functioning place. I would not recommend this place if you're expecting Sheraton-level polish. I think that's fair - we paid roughly half of that.

New Year get away

We stayed at this house last year, and even though, the weather was not as warm, these’re are plenty of things to do and to see around. House has everything that you need, and it is very clean. Plenty of good restaurants right on the water with the most gorgeous sunsets. We will be back.

In town for the Dolphins game.

Kate was friendly and attentive. Check in was easy and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. Located close to food and attractions and just a short drive to Hard Rock Stadium.

We bought this property because it is in a relaxed location near the beach and between TWO exciting cities with LOTS of things to do! This property provides so many options when it comes to location and its proximity to everything in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale metropolitan areas. It is located in a residential area to avoid too much hustle and bustle when it's time to unwind. We felt it was perfect for a wonderful vacation.

The location of this property is just perfect. You are close to everything without feeling too overwhelmed. The house is completely updated and modern. We also replaced all the windows and doors with high impact glass & doors.
