Excellent emplacement, propre, bien entretenu. Vous pouvez skier et marcher jusqu'�� la télécabine ou emprunter la navette gratuite. En hiver ou en été, vous pouvez aller �� pied à tout ce que Breckenridge a à offrir. Juste deux p����tés de maisons de la rue principale. L'emplacement de cette maison est aussi bon que possible avec la rue principale historique �� quelques minutes à peine et vous pouvez vous y rendre en navette depuis l'a��roport. Pas besoin de voiture. Nouveau spa privé vient d'��tre installé. La maison donne sur les zones humides et offre une vue sur la montagne de Baldy. Parfait pour les réunions de famille et les groupes. La maison est mise en place avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances.

The house is beautifully furnished and in an excellent location just across from the gondola with an easy walk into town. We loved it and would eagerly return again.

We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only negatives were the lack of working lightbulbs, plugs and furnishings in the kitchen were lacking as well. Other than that, the beds were comfortable. And the house had a lot of fun games for the kids and the location was wonderful.

Ideal in every way

This was the perfect place for the 6 of us to enjoy a long weekend. Great location, close to everything, beautiful views out every window. Ample bedrooms AND bathrooms were a big plus. The kitchen is well stocked. Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful place in a perfect location.

We were in town for a family wedding. It was our first time in Breckenridge. Was not sure what to expect or where to stay. This place was GORGEOUS and well taken care of. Downtown was a 3 minute car ride if that. It is walkable if you wanted to. If it was ski season the gondola is at the foot of the hill. We can not wait to return.

Comforable stay

This townhome is just as shown in the pictures, except it has a new couch and chairs in the main room. Super addition. It is very comfortable with every item you could ever need in the kitchen. Beds are very comfy. Just beware, as stated, there are ALOT of stairs. The showers in the two masters are very, very tiny as well. Nothing to take away from the charm of this place. Hot tub was a nice addition. Walk from town is a bit more than we thought but certainly managable. Setting is beautiful and very quiet. We loved our stay.

Great stay. Our family of five enjoyed staying here. Ski-in/out was incredibly convenient. Located close to town and amenities (grocery/gas/dining) but still felt quiet and almost secluded. Spacious inside and well appointed.

Condo fit our needs perfectly. We had seven adult males and each had their own bed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. On site hot tub. There is a short walk to the gondola in the morning, but nice to have ski in at the end of the day.

Perfect for our group

I took my team from work to Breckenridge for some team building, and this property was perfect for the group. The location was great as well. It was easy to get to the gondola to start the day of skiing nice to be able to ski back to the condo. The hot tub worked well and provided some great relaxation after a day of activities. The kitchen was stocked well with supplies, and we enjoyed some great restaurants within walking distance. We could have easily not used our vehicles for the whole time in Breck. The only downsize was that the living room is a little small for the number of guests that we had at the property, but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect for skiing this last weekend. Had 11 guests which all slept comfortably. Fire place, hot stub, ski in, ski out, equipment racks in the garage, big kitchen - couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommended!

A Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed the space and all of the accommodations. For the winter, if it's going to be really cold, it's a little bit of a hike to get to town and to the gondola but it's close enough where we did make the walk a couple times. Otherwise we ubered. The house has a great setup and is kept super clean. Very comfortable for our stay.

13 guest weekend getaway

We were a group of 13 friends looking for a place that could accommodate both the skiers of the group as well as the townies and the location of this place was perfect. There was room to lay out air mattresses for our last minute extra guests. In the morning we'd walk to the gondola (about 6 minute walk) and ski right to our door in the afternoons. We typically walked into town during the day and at night took ubers to go out, but they were cheap (roughly $10 at peak times) as the distance is not very far. The kitchen at the house was great for cooking and the hot tub was spacious and had a great view and is right outside on the deck!

The condo is lovely and had everything we needed!

Situated within walking distance to Main St. -the condo had everything we needed for a family with grandkids to a 79 great-grandma. We even saw a moose when walking home from getting doughnuts one morning! There are quite a few stairs to get into the condo and in the condo- so just a reminder if you have someone in your group that finds stairs a challenge. But the walk in showers were wonderful!!
