Ocean Manor Beach Resort

Cette unité est située au 6ème étage et est une magnifique copropriété de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Le condo a un incroyable balcon privé ouvert, donnant sur la piscine de l'Ocean Manor Resort et l'océan Atlantique.

Le condo est une propriété privée et géré et il est soigneusement nettoyé avant chaque enregistrement. L'unité est meublée avec goût.

Le parking est fourni par une entreprise privée. À compter du 1er janvier 2019, le coût est de 10 $ / jour.

Ce condo a un sol en carreaux de céramique clair et des murs blancs. Le condo est une unité lumineuse, avec de grandes fenêtres du sol au plafond et des portes coulissantes en verre sur le balcon. Une des chambres a un lit king size et l'autre chambre a deux lits doubles complets. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain complète et de grands placards.

L'unité dispose de trois téléviseurs HD, un dans chaque chambre et un dans le salon. Il y a un bureau et l'unité dispose d'un accès WIFI haut débit gratuit.

La cuisine complète est entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur, un nouveau lave-vaisselle, un four et un micro-ondes; ainsi que tous les pots, casseroles, assiettes, couverts et verres dont vous aurez besoin. La cuisine a des armoires en bois et des comptoirs en granit!
600 est l'une des rares unités de l'Ocean Manor avec une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal Samsung!

Le balcon ouvert privé a une vue incroyable sur l'océan Atlantique, surplombant la piscine Ocean Manor. Il a une table et quatre chaises.

The tiki bar is really fun. A place you can have breakfast in the morning and food & drinks late into the evening. There is a jukebox with a variety of music and all the sports on the tv screens covering all the sporting events.

Balcony was small. Master bedroom had no windows or sliding glass door to let outside air in. View from master bedroom was gorgeous while lying in bed. We were hassled everyday about bringing our beach chair & sun shade to beach since they wanted to rent them to us. Lots of places to eat in walking distance

This property is very run down. There is a smell in the whole building that was very unpleasant. My one son didn’t even want to stay due to the smell. The shower water was barely luke warm. I needed to clean with Clorox Wipes to feel a little cleaner. The windows for the view of the ocean were all foggy and you could not see well. I would never stay there again.

We had everything we needed right on site. Loved the pool, tiki bar and resteraunt. Everyone was very friendly. We were close to all activities and attractions. We even witnessed baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean! Amazing sight! Everything was just perfect!

The resort was a tremendous location with a lot of in-house options. The views do not get any better and the place was perfect. Christina has top notch communication and is so nice to work with! Definitely recommend!

I LOVE that the communication with the host was via text message. Much easier than email. The air conditioner had an issue with leaking water and she send out maintenance quickly with text message to let me know the exact time of arrival.

Beach stay

We were not aware that the property has hotel rooms. We paid a premium for location and were surprised at the hotel clientele . The property/hotel staff were very nice . Check in process was a breeze .

Glad you enjoyed your vacation at our condo. The condos along the water that a allowed to rent out their condos in Fort Lauderdale are usually condo hotels because the status allows for short term rentals. The condo rented was a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo directly on the ocean with direct ocean views. The building being a condo hotel provide amenities like the tiki bar restaurant on the beach by the pool, an Italian restaurant off of the lobby, a hair salon / spa off of the lobby, souvenir shop, coffee shop and a atm machine in the lobby area. We hope that our guests enjoy these at the condo during their vacation. Lauderdale by the sea is 1 mile north and Fort Lauderdale beach is 1 mile south where a a bunch of shops and restaurants are there to be enjoyed. within a short 10 minute walk of the condo there is a grocery store, pharmacy, souvenir shop, restaurants, wine shops and much more.

First time to Fort Lauderdale

This was our first time to Fort Lauderdale. The condo was great. We had an issue with the toliet when we first arrived. Christina was very response and had the maintenance man, Jorge come up right away to assist. We loved the pool and tiki bar. The Italian restaurant was delicious.

Great Location

Location was great! Apartment had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. Nice kitchen and a supermarket within walking distance. Great overall family oriented location.

Weekend away

Great location with building amenities of the Tiki Bar and walking distance to stores for necessities. The condo owner was excellent with communication about our stay. We will be back to enjoy the beautiful beach with such clear water.

We love Fort Lauderdale and have been searching for a long time to find a condo building that suited our lifestyle.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We fell in love with this building because of its fantastic location. Right on the beach :) and the idea that it is a condo hotel. Since the property is a condo hotel we can rent it out on a weekly basis and it does not sit empty while we are too busy to come for a holiday. We love the idea that we can share our place to relax with our guests when we are not here.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is located on the Galt Ocean Mile which is directly on the beach. There is not a road or any obstruction between us and the ocean & beach. The beach & ocean just a short elevator ride down to the ground floor and a few steps away. In addition to having the beach right at your feet, if you are not into swimming in the ocean there is a wonderful heated pool with a Tiki bar.
There is a grocery store, lots of restaurants, CVS, liquor store and much much more all within a short walk. If you don't want to rent a car you can still easily enjoy your stay without a car. :)
