Great condo

Cheryl was lovely to work with and beyond helpful for check in and ensuring we knew different activities on the resort during our stay. Condo was clean and spacious. Would definitely book again.

Clean and nicely updated!

Overall the property was wonderful! It was clean, had the necessary supplies you would expect, and the view was unbelievable. Appreciated the bunk beds in a hallway alcove making the 2 bedrooms perfect for my family of five. Beach and pools were beautiful and well maintained. Only downside (but not host’s fault) was one of the 2 elevators in the building was down all week which added some wait time, especially challenging at check in and checkout.

Fabulous Vacation

We stayed for 4 night .. We stayed on the 10th floor.. The view from balcony was spectacular !! The pool was absolutely gorgeous .. The beach trip was perfect !!!! The condo was very clean and pleasant place to stay.. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo.. I'd recommend for anybody to stay at this property..

Baseball Holiday

Cheryl was very accommodating and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The updates through the condo are encouraging and the condo size was wonderful for our family. We would stay here again. The views are breathtaking and the amenities are fantastic where available. The locations was right in the center of everything and that was very helpful for PCB.

25th wedding anniversary

There was 30 family and friends to celebrate daughter and son in law's 25th wedding anniversary... weather was perfect.. Ocean was perfect.. facility was great and the grounds were immaculate.. couldn't have been better

Good

It was good! Everything we needed was there. Nice view. Would have been nice if bedspreads were updated and mattress was not very good. But loved the new renovations in kitchen and master bath. Keurig would not work properly.

Glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo. due to covid we were replacing quilts/bedspreads every stay. Mattresses- is preference as my husband loves these mattresses but i prefer softer. Keep us in mind for your next vacation and yall come back

Clothes dryer needs repaired or replaced. Takes entirely to long to dry.

At end of stay guest told us dryer was not drying properly. Upon review we found the lint tray was full of lint and we also cleaned dryer line . Dryer appears to be good. Please make sure during your stay you let us(the owner) know of any problems. we can correct during stay and it wont affect your stay or lead into the next guest stay. thank you and yall come back

1 week stay with family

Washer makes clunking sound but works fine. This unit needs a new dryer. It took forever to dry. Lint trap was cleaned every time. Must dry small loads only. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return to this location. Owner did allow us to use another condo to finish drying at the end of our stay. Cheryl was very nice and helpful!

Fabulous New Year's on the Beach

Four seniors (two couples) enjoyed some quiet down time following a stressful Christmas. Lots of glass facing breath-taking ocean front. So peaceful! Space was as described with open LR, DR, K across front; huge granite bar area, two spacious bedrooms in quiet back of unit. Three generous flat-screens for watching all of the Bowl Games when not shopping, enjoying fresh seafood, or perusing Pier Park. Loved Montego Bay Restaurant (very near to unit) as well as The Captain's Table and Uncle Ernie's in Panama City proper. Neat and clean with plenty of amenities. I would return tomorrow if I could. Thanks Cheryl!

Great location for pool and beach

Perfect location for the pool and beach. Beach parasailing, banana boat and jet skis were right in front of our Tower in Edgewater. The main pool in front of place Tower 1 could be cleaned more throughout the day, it got dirty with all the people by the afternoon. The condo was 2 bedrooms and bunk beds right off kitchen. Some updates to the condo were nice. The only thing that bothered me was the lamps, wall in the bedroom, fans and other areas were really dusty. Inside the cabinets were dusty and full of crumbs. The master bedroom and huge couch were outdated and full of stains. The discussion with the owner of the property was within normal timing, not super prompt. This was our first time using VRBO so I didn’t realize some items we needed to purchase. We were in town for the week for a softball tournament. I would stay here again if we come back.

Best vacation ever!

We had the most amazing week at Edgewater thanks to Cheryl who had everything ready for us when we arrived. This was my first experience using VRBO and it couldn't have been easier or better. This was a graduation trip for my grandson and he had a ball meeting other young people and enjoying all the water and entertainment activities. Pizza, volley ball, movies, surfing, golf all on the resort--it was such a happy place to enjoy the sun. Our condo was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything one needed to cook. We ate at the Ocean's Restaurant several times because it was so convenient and the food good. The Lagoon pool and beautiful white sandy beach were gorgeous. Security was excellent. I would recommend it for all ages. Pier Park with lots of restaurants and shopping is near by and my grandson loved fishing in the Gulf! Red Snappers were biting big time! Thank you, Cheryl for everything. We hope we can return in the near future.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, nice condo! We love Edgewater!

We enjoyed our 3 day weekend in your 6th floor condo! We had great views of the beach and the lagoon pool! Loved being near the lagoon pool, the splash park was fun for our young grandsons and the beach was right there, too. The tile in the living area wasn't as clean as we needed with a crawling baby; but, cleaning supplies were in the unit and it only took a couple of minutes to mop the floor. The linens were nice, the beds comfortable, the condo was just as described and Cheryl was very easy to work with. We will definitely contact you again to stay in one of your units. Great Family Vacation

This was our 1st time using vrbo. We were completely satisfied with our experience. My family had a great week at the beach. The weather was perfect!
