Situé dans le centre, à quelques minutes à pied de plusieurs des lieux de divertissement préférés de la ville, dont la brasserie de perles et la vie nocturne animée le long du Strip revitalisé de St. Mary. Aménagement spacieux avec plusieurs balcons et vue sur le centre-ville. Idéalement situé à proximité de l'université Trinity, du quartier des affaires de SA et de l'accès à toutes les principales autoroutes. Maison neuve et avec tous les nouveaux meubles. Propriété adjacente disponible pour les grands groupes VRBO # 1229699.

Garage double disponible pour le stationnement des invités. Le premier étage dispose de 2 chambres avec une baignoire complète Jack et Jill pour ceux qui ne veulent pas utiliser les escaliers. Également avoir accès à une laveuse / sécheuse.

Le deuxième étage est le salon. Table de salle à manger six places. Grand, chaîne autour du sommet de l'île avec 4 tabourets de bar. Un canapé sectionnel surdimensionné peut accueillir beaucoup de gens autour d'un téléviseur intelligent de 60 pouces. Au large de la cuisine est un grand maître avec un lit king size, dressing, une grande douche et une belle baignoire. Elle comprend également une demi-baignoire et un accès au patio.

Troisième étage dispose d'une autre suite. Chambre spacieuse avec lit king size, télévision 55 pouces, grand placard, salle de bain complète et terrasse. Également à cet étage se trouve un grand loft privé doté d'un lit queen-size avec vue sur la perle.

They only left us 1-1/2 paper towels for 5 days. Several things did not work but I let Lee know about them. Lots of loud cars all night on St. Mary's. There is a bar right behind the condo.

Thank you again for staying with us. We generally leave out a roll of paper towels on the counter. As we discuss, there are several more available the in pantry that you were able to use. Our property is located downtown off ST Marys. We do not get a lot of complaints about noise but also can't guarantee cars will not be driving around at night like any other home in the area.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and comfy and was in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect for exploring the area. It was very close to downtown/riverwalk, the airport and just minutes to jump on interstates. The host was very quick with communication, as well with check in and out instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was listed as a 5 bedroom house , however it was just 4 bedrooms and 1 bed was located in the loft which was the landing up the steps at the entrance to a bedroom , so it was not a proper bedroom and access to the bathroom was via the bedroom that the bed was outside. It should be listed as a 4 bedroom .The property was not ready when we arrived at 4 pm , however the response from the owners was very good and the immediately sent the cleaning team and offered us another property to freshen up at after our long trip.

My wife works in SA frequently and we LOVE the location. To me, its perfect. I can get in and out very easily and take a short uber ride to anywhere downtown. As well as Walk to the Pearl and access the River Walk

My wife and Love to stay at out home with out 2 young daughters. We have a park right behind for them to run around and they love going to the aquarium and zoo. We are very blessed to own this home and look forward to sharing with you!
