Fabuleux Condo Penthouse avec vue pittoresque et meilleures commodités!

Vous devez avoir 25 ans pour louer ce condo. Ce penthouse de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains donne sur le golfe du Mexique. L'unité dispose d'un roi dans la chambre principale avec accÚs au balcon privé et une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi et une douche à l'italienne séparée. Les deuxiÚme et troisiÚme chambres ont également des lits king size!

Cette unité pourra accueillir un total de 6 personnes.

La cuisine est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable, de comptoirs en granit et d'un wet-bar avec machine à glaçons. Il y a aussi une grande laveuse et sécheuse et Internet sans fil gratuit.

Caribe Resort est situé juste à l'est du col Perdido à Orange Beach.

Les Ă©quipements de l'Ă©tablissement comprennent 3 piscines extĂ©rieures, 3 piscines couvertes, une riviĂšre paresseuse, 2 toboggans aquatiques, un toboggan aquatique pour enfants, 3 bains Ă  remous intĂ©rieurs, des saunas pour lui / elle, des quais de pĂȘche, un espace barbecue extĂ©rieur, une navette pour la plage, un terrain de pĂ©tanque, 3 Ă©clairĂ©s courts de tennis, putting green et centre de fitness.

Enjoyed staying at the Caribe. Perfect location to everything Orange beach. Went to Cobalt restaurant 1 night. Rented a party barge 1 day. Did a lot of stuff in a small amount of time. Making family memories. The rental unit was fine, no issues with anything that I can remember.

Check-in was amazingly easy.Overall Caribe Property nicely maintained.Amenities were great.Employees were very friendly and helpful.Choice of regular or keurig coffee maker was nice.Master bed with foam topper was like sleeping on a cloud.The condo was very spacious, just as it looks in the photos!Where it could have been better;Very concerned about elevators being out of service
 day 1 & 2 all 4 were working fine. Then we went down to 2 elevators and on the morning of our departure there was only 1 working elevator. After 30 minutes we were able to squeeze onto an elevator.Fabric upholstery in the living room could use cleaning.Lack of curtains on the west facing windows (which are wadded up in the MBR closet) made it difficult to be in the living room when the sun was hot & bright.TV was reported as not working in front bedroom and no one ever came to resolve the issue.We had a great time! However for this amount of money I would have expected a bit higher quality.

Just love Caribe Resort

Resort amenities are very nice with the lazy river, outdoor and indoor pools, putting green, docks for fishing, grills for cooking chicken and burgers, coffee shop, etc. view from porch is wonderful with high top table and chairs. Kitchen needs a few items for those of us who cook a lot on vacay but Sunset Properties say they will get all the items needed. Great stay with family, relatives, and friends

Resort is spectacular

The room was VERY OUT DATED had only one panel of drapes that were barely hanging on the rest were gone the bedspreads were old faded and nasty caulking around tub and shower was missing and filthy floors were sticky glass doors and tracks were dirty the refrigerator was missing parts the dryer did not have a filter it was broken bad fire hazard

Summer Trip 2024

The property was as advertised. The view from the back deck is second to none. The bedrooms were all very nice and well equipped. The kitchen had a lot of appliances. TV s in front two bedrooms need to be updated. Washer and Dryer were a welcomed addition. Unfortunately the dish washer did not work. The entire building fire alarm went off several times. We were told it was a system problem and it was fixed after 2 days. Pools were great and the Putt Putt course was fun. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

A bit of a let down

The view was great, but the condo was a let down. It needs major updating! Don't think like I did that Penthouse, Wow, cause it's not. Master bath needs overhaul, whole unit needs paint, TV's in 2 bedrooms so small didn't know they were still making them, and decor/ furniture was not impressive. The resort was great. Lazy river area has been updated as well as putt putt area.

Relaxing vacation with a beautiful view

The view from this condo is spectacular for watching the sunset and dolphins playing in the bay. The condo was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Loved the Cobalt next door and the trolley to the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent units in Orange Beach in various buildings/locations 3-4 times a year, and this one was one of the most lacking and in need of refreshment of the amenities:- king size bed in master, but there were twin size pillow cases used, leaving half the pillow exposed - NOT acceptable;- 2 sets of towels in each of the 3 bathrooms. 6 towels for a 3 BR condo is insufficient - other condos have 4 sets in each bathroom- Kitchen was severely in need of refreshment - (a) severely incomplete set of silverware; and (b) old, stained pots/pans- Washer/dryer too small for a 3 BR condo - could only wash 3 beach towels at a time

Favorite place to kick of Summer!

We love staying here to kick off the summer. If I had one tiny complaint, it’s the supplies (or lack of) in the kitchen. The unit could use a few more kitchen items (pots, pans, measuring cups, etc)

Beach trip!

We had a great stay at our condo at the Caribe! Plenty of room for our group and lots to do! The only suggestion for future visits is fixing the living room curtains so that there is plenty of privacy, especially at night. Other than that, we had a great time! Will definitely be back!

A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

The pictures of the condo shows one thing, in person is a little different. Some cosmetic work is needed on the unit itself, such as painting and repair work on those items that do not function properly in the unit. More attention to detail, stocked items, needs to be observed so that travelers have the items needed in order to make their stay comfortable.
