Avec la construction se terminant en mai 2018, cette maison moderne et professionnellement décorée dispose de 7 chambres; chacun avec sa propre salle de bain complète. Dort facilement 22! Piscine privée chauffée, entourée de palmiers, parfaite pour vos vacances à la plage.

Situé à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons des belles plages de Destin. À distance de marche de Destin Commons pour les magasins d'usine de premier choix, avec plus de 75 magasins et restaurants. Très facile à vélo ou à marcher partout où vous devez aller. Communauté de plage sûre avec plus de 6 miles de sentiers à proximité, parfait pour faire du vélo, du jogging ou de la marche à tout moment de la journée.

Great Vacation!

My family loved this home. There was plenty of room for everyone, it was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was awesome for post beach day swims. I highly recommend this property to anyone, but for large family gatherings, it's perfect.

Most wonderful place to vacation

It was excellent everything was beautiful. The house were amazing very clean, very beautiful. The bedrooms and bathroom so spacious kitchen dining area living room. The pool we really had a great time didn’t want to leave, Next will stay more than one night

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful home. It was spacious and comfortable and location was perfect! House was everything presented in listing and more! Outdoor area with pool was a relaxing oasis and having the gas grill was great! Don't hesitate to book this home for your next stay in Destin!

We travel with friends and our 8 kids ages 11 and under for spring break each year and this was our best stay yet! The house gave us so much space to spread out and we loved having a full bath in every room. We rented golf carts for quick beach access and it worked out great!

Everything was perfect. Location, cleanliness, Ron was fantastic with all my questions. We would stay at this beach house again. Our family enjoyed every minutes of our stay. This house is amazing! Ron and Graham are easy to work with and very responsive! The house is gorgeous and close to everything. Made our trip with our graduating seniors very special! We would definitely stay here again!

First of all, from the description of the property on the internet to booking and questions I had for Graham, the property host, it was a very smooth interaction. The property is very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Graham, the property host was very timely in responding to any questions I had during the process. Great parking for 6 couples. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We had fun outside and on the pool. If you are contemplating a family outing, friends trip or get together, you won’t be disappointed.

My family and friends stayed here for my 60th birthday. This house is absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we needed. The space, cooking appliances, within walking distance to many things including beach. We would definitely stay here again. 5/5 stars for sure. !!!!

Great Location, Nice Size Home

The location is great and the home is sized for a large family. We did encounter a few issues, one that continued throughout our stay and the other we were able to just resolve on our own. The owner was prompt when responding to my messages.

Thank you for the review - to clarify the issue this guest represented is they noticed a few bugs in the home. I had maintenance come twice to spray on their behalf, but unfortunately a bug here or there is part of living down in Florida! All my homes in Florida also have their standard preventative pest control visits. The only other issue I was informed about was that you would like a TV outside, but unfortunately that isn't a short term fix available to be made (I know - I would love the outdoor TV too!) Glad you enjoyed the stay and hope you had a safe trip home. As you can see from all the other 5 Star reviews, we really strive to make sure all of our guests have a fantastic experience and I apologize if this home did not live up to the 5 star expectations Warm Regards, Graham

Clean and plenty of Space

We had fun at this stay. House was clean and had plenty of rooms for all of us. Each room has its own bathroom. Pool was heated so we could enjoy it even weather was cold during our visit. if there were game room for kids that would definitely add more fun to this house. Overall we really enjoyed it and service by property management was awesome and quick. Would definitely recommend to others.

Thanks! Glad you had a great time. Typically guests will use either the large second floor living room with the 65" TV, or the large 3rd floor bunk room with another 60" TV - for the kids, while the adults relax on the first floor

Family get together with enough room

We planned a family reunion, we were 14 people, and this place was perfect. Everything about it worked for us, the rooms on the first floor were perfect for the grandmas who couldn’t climb stairs, the living area was perfect for adults and kids to be together but each in their own area; the 4 rooms upstairs were great, the balcony was large and very nice for a morning coffee before getting ready for the day, the closet space was very nice and roomie, specially if you have a family that packs multiple choices of clothing per night, and the pool was perfectly warm (it was high 60’s when we went) and of course the beach in Destin is absolutely beautiful. I’ll be going back and I highly recommend this property, it is exactly what you would expect when reading the listing, but better!
