Welcome to Miramar Dream House! We love this home’s location, nestled in a tiny development of newer homes just three-tenths of a mile from the beach. With 3300 square feet, this 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people.

Our five favorite things about this house:

1. The game room. When we bought this home, we turned the top floor loft into a game room complete with shuffle board, video games, basketball, board games and more and our guests love it! Its a great space for kids of all ages to hang out. Plus the sofa has a pullout queen bed, for anyone who wants to use this room as a 7th bedroom.

2. The layout. We love the way the living and dining rooms open directly onto the back patio and pool, creating a combined, indoor-outdoor space for the whole group to enjoy together.

3. The tiki bar. Out in the backyard, theres a great vacation vibe thanks to a couple of stately palm trees and a classic little tiki bar weve added for pool party fun. Weve also added a hot tub for late night relaxation.

4. The peloton. If youre into riding, bring your biking shoes. On the second floor, weve added a peloton for guests who are ambitious enough to log a few miles while on vacation.

Located in Northwest Florida, Destin is dubbed the “world's luckiest fishing village.” This Emerald Coast city is known for its sparkling white beaches, numerous golf courses, and world-famous fishing. Nearby zipline courses, dolphin cruises, and amusement parks make it a perfect destination for families. Adults and large groups also come here for beach parties during the day and live music at night.

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
- Please note that the Homeowners Association restricts the presence of Pitbull dogs in this community.

Parking Details:
- Parking for vehicles is restricted to the driveway boundary only. Vehicles are not permitted to park on any streets, sidewalks, lawns, or vacant lots. Violations of the parking policy will result in towing at the owner’s expense, without notice. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that emergency vehicles have clear access to the streets at all times.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
