Venez profiter de vos vacances à San Remo 109, une unité avant du golfe avec beaucoup de lumiÚre naturelle qui a été récemment entiÚrement rénovée et décorée professionnellement! Nouvelle peinture - nouveaux sols - nouveaux comptoirs - nouvelle literie - nouveaux matelas - tous les nouveaux meubles à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur - et plus encore! Unité de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée avec grand patio de débrayage.
-Chambre principale avec lit king size. Salle de bain principale avec double vasque, baignoire jacuzzi et douche à l'italienne. Placard principal assez spacieux pour pack-n-play. Pack-n-play déjà là donc pas besoin de l'apporter!

San Remo est un complexe privé fermé qui offre de nombreuses commodités avec un grand parking! Il est situé à l'extrémité ouest de 30A à distance de marche de Gulf Place et de plusieurs restaurants .... y compris le nouveau Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar et bien d'autres!
-Zone moins fréquentée de 30 A mais en voiture facile à Seaside, Alys Beach et Rosemary
-Aussi proche des commerces et attractions de Destin

Ce n'est pas seulement une location, mais notre maison loin de chez nous! Nous ne sommes pas intĂ©ressĂ©s par la location aux Ă©tudiants et n'autorisons PAS les grandes fĂȘtes ou les groupes de plus de 8 personnes. Vous devez avoir 25 ans pour louer et prĂ©senter Ă  l'unitĂ© pendant la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour. Nous avons quelqu'un local sur appel 24/7 si un problĂšme survient pour vous ou nous .... il sera pris en charge en temps opportun! C'est un super endroit pour les familles. Nous sommes fiers d'offrir une expĂ©rience inoubliable Ă  nos locataires et voulons que vous passiez un excellent voyage, nous vous demandons donc de respecter notre maison! Si vous cherchez un endroit propre, confortable et qui rend les vacances relaxantes ... c'est votre endroit!

Spring Break San Remo

SR-109 is a lovely, inviting condo. Its proximity to the pool and beach is great—we could come and go with ease, and that’s so important with kiddos! Tessa is an informative host who goes the “extra mile” to insure that guests have a great time! I highly recommend this place—you won’t be disappointed!! Can’t wait to return!! —Judy & Ken

Perfect Location!

This condo is absolutely wonderful! The location is PERFECT...corner unit, ground level...walk out right to the pool, grill and beach walkway! Perfect for families with small children that have to go in and out a lot! The decor was lovely, and the kitchen was stocked better than any rental we’ve ever stayed at! Tessa was great to work with and she was super fast and attentive with communication. This is our absolute favorite area of 30A, as it’s way less crowded than areas like Seaside, Rosemary, etc. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway! Can’t wait to go back!

Convenience + Family Friendly!

We booked this unit for the ease of the ground floor/walk out access to the beach. When we arrived they were finishing up some construction but Tyler was always in contact with us and made us aware of any/all changes and was very flexible. The beds were comfy, the location was prime for dinner and drinks or taking the kids for ice cream. We appreciated the chairs/umbrella already being in place and the short walk to and from the condo when the kids got tired or needed lunch. It was everything we expected and more! We are looking forward to coming back in the Fall. It made being away from home with 2 little ones feel like a breeze!

We LOVED staying in this condo. This was our first time to Santa Rosa Beach and this was a great experience. The condo is just as advertised. Spacious, clean, and perfect location! We had 3 little kids, so the 10 steps to the pool were perfect! The first floor, corner location is perfect for lugging all of your things to and from the beach. The patio is amazing with a picnic table and outdoor couch! The kitchen and decor was beautiful and the place was very clean! The boardwalk to the beach was very easy and super close to the condo back porch. My husband and I didn't want to go back to our bed because the master bed was so comfortable! Tessa was very easy to reach and made sure to help us with any questions we had before and during our stay! There were many great restaurants within walking distance of our condo, so it was in the perfect location! The beach was beautiful and less crowded than most panhandle beaches. I would definitely recommend this condo! We will for sure be back!

A great property on a great beach!

We stayed six nights in San Remo 109 and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The beach at Santa Rosa is gorgeous and the two beach chairs setup included with the unit was an extra treat as well. Our family group spanned ages 14 to 83 and this first floor walkout straight to the pool and beach couldn't have been much more convenient or clean! Tessa was so helpful, even checking in mid week to make sure we were doing ok. The restaurants in Santa Rosa are walkable on the convenient walking path and the awesome Donut Hole is only a short drive! San Remo wins the prize in my book for the best stocked kitchen we've ever stayed in. I bought refrigerated cinnamon rolls at the grocery store, which called for round cake pans and sure enough, I found them in the cabinet.. Our first night, the internet was spotty, but after texting Tessa, the friendly and awesome property manager promptly came and reset it, and it worked very well the rest of the week. The patio was relaxing with a great view and you can even see the ocean from the 1st floor. It was a great stay!!

Great Getaway!

My family and I booked this lovely, clean ground-floor unit for a week. We loved it! Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked perfectly for us! The unit is updated-crisp & RH vibes. The absolute best features were the owners. They obviously put a lot of thought into making the stay as comfortable as possible with the set up and all provided. Tessa was available and so sweet when I communicated with her throughout the week with questions.

Great location and great condo

Everything was great! Love the location and such easy access to the pool and beach. Overall enjoyed our time. Only thing I would say is that there is not a whole lot of room for luggage. We have all girls and a few of their friends and you know how much stuff girls bring hahaha! Other than that it was great!! Owners were great! Would book again!

This unit turned out great. Everything inside the unit was very nice. The location was fantastic with convenient access to the pool and the beach. We felt that the host really cared about our vacation experience by the great service we were provided. I highly recommend this unit, not only for how nice the unit is and the location, but because how helpful the host was during our stay.

Excellent property

This is a great property. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach and it's good to have the beach service included. The property is immaculate and has a great decor (either one of the owners is an interior designer or they hired a very good one). The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we need. A strong 5 stars on all fronts!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Tessa was great to work with, available for any questions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, especially with littles. It’s just steps to the pool and beach path. It was so nice having chairs set up on the beach for us each day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and everything was so clean. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hi! We are from Atlanta and have two children. We have vacationed in the gulf for as long as we both can remember and always knew we wanted to have a place to make memories with our family. We fell in love with San Remo after staying there several times. We are so happy to have a home away from home to share with you!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

San Remo is on 30A, but on the South end where it is less crowded and more quaint....but the good news it is only a short drive to Seaside, Rosemary, Alys, and the other attractions 30A has to offer. We love San Remo because it is private, gated, on the beach, has an amazing pool and hot tub, and has friendly owners and visitors.
We particularly love the ground floor corner unit. It feels very private with lots of natural light and is so easy to walk straight out to the pool and beach. We have two children and always bring more kids with us...the kids are literally in and out of the condo all day. This convenience makes vacation more enjoyable :) Never use an elevator and park right in front of the unit. It is super family friendly and we cannot wait for you to enjoy San Remo #109 as much as we do!
