Cette maison de plus de 2 loft dans le complexe Summit est une grande retraite de ski pour les grandes familles ou groupes d'amis, situé juste en face de Eagle Lodge et de la chaise 15 à Mammoth Mountain! Les murs en bois dans le salon donnent à cette propriété une touche rustique, améliorant l'expérience alpine un détail à la fois. Les lits superposés dans le loft en font un excellent choix pour les familles voyageant avec des enfants, et le balcon juste à côté du salon est un endroit idéal pour l'air frais et les montagnes. It was okay. Not sure I’d stay here again. It could use a really good deep cleaning, shampooed carpets, baseboard wiped down, etc… close to eagle. My kids had a lot of fun here. Hot tub was nice, easy access to laundry. Had all the cooking and kitchen appliances, we cooked all our meals during our stay. They could use a few more spoons but was well stocked.

While parking was easy, it's silly to offer a condo that sleeps eight yet only comes with one parking spot!

We do feel it is important to note that the parking is assigned by the complex and is limited due to the number of condos and available spaces. We do not wish to restrict our guests however, to be fair to all visitors and residents alike, we must adhere to the policies which are set in place. There are a few available off-site areas that additional cars can be parked, should the additional first-come, first-served spots be taken. Can’t wait to come back!

Great condo with all the things we needed. Beds were very comfortable and property manager was very responsive and helpful with a couple of questions we had. Would recommend this unit and stay here again. Location was great to get in and out of town and a quick drive to Twin Lakes as well as Lake Mary. Only about 30 min from June lake as well as Convict lake.

The main living space, kitchen, and master bath are in need of renovation, especially in light of the high price. Need better oversight of maintenance- kitchen lights horrible. No light above the stove and the overhead kitchen light so dim I couldn’t see what I’m cooking at night. Pans had food stuck on them- had to wash them before using, and floors were not clean either.

The condo was right across the street from Eagle Lodge making it simple to get on the slopes, but renters should take care to note when Eagle closes for the season. The kitchen was well stocked with all new cookware and utensils. The condo was quiet and roomy with space to spare for our family of five.

Great stay - perfect for February

We enjoyed the location of this property, it was a good size for 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to do some cooking. Convenient jacuzzi a short distance from the building. Well kept condo. We did have loud neighbors one night, but were so tired from skiing that everyone fell asleep. The parking garage has a max clearance; so know about your vehicle (with a thule box) before you go. Would stay here again.

Good space for two families with kids

Overall very good space and has everything you need, especially for two families with kids - good loft area for all the kids to play and sleep. However it is very inaccessible, there are no elevators to get into the unit. Also no garage parking for a second car so one has to park several blocks away in the main parking area.

Great location

Very nice unit. I would stay there again. Big problem was that all I was given was a unit number. It would have been much more convenient if I knew the building name or a map of the complex.There was a mouse in the unit , so management brought mouse traps. The heater in the main bedroom could not be turned off. I contacted management but nothing was done. I finally slept with the window open. Kids had fun on the property in that there were lots of hills to sled on.Location was the best.Kidin that

A pleasant mountain getaway amongst the pines

We really enjoyed our stay at the ”spacious Summit Condo “. We are a party of 11, grandparents, parents, and young children, so all ages. For the grandparents being on the second floor, without an elevator to use, lugging food and luggage up to the condo was not easy, especially at 7,880 foot elevation. The unit was spacious enough for all of us with two large bedrooms with baths and a large bunk area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed..The listing photos made the unit look light and open however with the abundance of pine trees outside we needed to have the lights on even during the day. Not a real problem, just a comment. The pool and spa are conveniently near the unit and we all enjoyed a break from hiking and the heat. Our stay was great, thank you!
