We really love this property and if we are traveling back to the same area next year we will rent it again. I had no issues, it was well stocked with everything your could need, very clean and beautiful views from the upper deck. Thank you all that assisted with our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Location was perfect. Being able to walk over to the Abaco in was great and having dock access right across the street was perfect. The house had a leak when it rained in one of the bathrooms. The deck outside was broken and one of the kids legs went through it and some of the outlet covers in the floors were broken.

The gazebo deck with the table and chairs beside the pool needs some attention as some of the supporting wood underneath it is rotten - we let the caretaker know about it. If you don't like big fat pillows, you might want to figure out how to take your own!! All in all, it's a great house on Elbow - the location can't be beat!

This home was perfect for our party of 6. We appreciated the 3 baths, fully stocked kitchen and multiple outdoor sitting areas. We loved this beautiful property and especially the upper deck area where we could watch the sunrise and sunset. As much as we enjoyed it, we feel it could use some up dating. The steps are starting to rot and one of the chairs was so badly rusted that one of us fell through it. The pool was wonderful and very much enjoyed! We loved the proximity from the boat dock to the house. And your view of the White Sound and Sea of Abaco is stunning! Overall it’s a beautiful home and we had a fantastic vacation. We highly recommend this home!

We have been to the Abacos many times before hurricane Dorian, but this was our first trip back. We are happy to report that Hope Town is rebuilt better than it was before. Perfect vacation home

The house is in a great location, we walked to Sea Spray and Abaco in for drinks and food. We also cooked in several nights using the gas grill and the well appointed kitchen. Having the dock right across the street was so convenient. We took advantage of the lookout area next to the house to watch every sunrise and sunset. The management team was great, if there was a problem or we had a question they were there right away to take care of all everything. We definitely recommend using Elbow Cay Properties for your rental needs, they were great from before booking to check out.

Great location but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Headquarters is in a great location. We loved being on the ocean, having a dock and being close to the Abaco Inn. The sofa and chairs in the living room were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting at the kitchen island for breakfast. However, in each of the bedrooms there were dressers missing at least one handle which made it virtually impossible to use the drawer, so we couldn't unpack all our clothes. I have pictures to send you to show this. Also, the lightbulb over the sink in the kitchen was burned out so doing dishes at night was difficult. One of the bathrooms had a burned out lightbulb also. The tub in the room with the twin beds had so much rust in it that my grandson would not use it.

Pool was such a plus to have and right on the beach!! Crows nest was not in the pictures but we used it every night to watch the sunset. (Perfect spot) Power did go out a bunch because of the all island power outage (weather) But that did not bother us because it was during the day . We were on vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented houses in Hopetown several times over the past few years, but this one was by far my favorite. The house had the perfect layout for 3 couples, with each of us having our own bathroom connected to our rooms. My husband and I stayed in the twin bedroom and found it was plenty big for the two of us. The private balcony off of each bedroom was great for drying out swimsuits and towels at the end of the day. My favorite part, though, was the pool and the attached and covered gazebo. We had shade for reading during the day, and spent every evening under the gazebo, catching the breeze while we enjoyed a cold drink. Dockage was great for our rental boat, and the location of the house can't be beat, as the Abaco Inn is right next door and Seaspray is just a short walk or cart ride down the road. Jamie, the caretaker, was very pleasant and he helped us with pick up and drop off at the ferry dock. We will definitely be renting this house again. It was great!

GREAT HOUSE IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got back from another amazing week in Abaco. This year we stayed at Headquarters on Elbow Cay. What a great house right n the Atlantic Ocean. Three bedroom/three bathroom was a perfect fit for our family. And, unlike many houses I researched, the house and decor are up to date. It’s really a beautiful home and affordable. The pool was great to have but, unfortunately, it was too cool for us to really use it. My only complaint was that the sea grapes need to be trimmed down - they blocked a lot of the view. Other than that, I would highly recommend this house. The caretakers, Jamie & Laura Williams, were so responsive and very accommodating....great people!!!
