Escape to a spacious waterfront home that sleeps 10 guests and includes a private dock* for your boat, as well as a private pool.

The downstairs accommodates 6, while the upstairs is a self-contained unit for 4.

Enjoy a large kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms on the lower level. The upstairs features 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy seating area, and a small kitchen.

Step onto the large deck off the upstairs living room for beautiful views while sipping your morning coffee, and then move downstairs for evening drinks on the large patio while watching the sunset.

The master bedroom offers the next level of relaxation with the bathroom's jetted tub and massage chair.

This home is on Inspiration Point within the upscale Pelican Shores neighborhood. It is minutes from restaurants and offers both privacy and convenience for an unforgettable vacation.

* Separate deposit for dock usage is required.

Wasn’t clean when we got there, but we enjoyed meeting the cleaners. It would be helpful to have a better description on how to arrive. 1 Pelican Shores past the Jib Room about half mile on the left, yellow house “Bahama Bums”.

Bachelor Party Weekend

Myself and 8 friends stayed here from Wednesday-Sunday and the house phenomenal. We were pleasantly surprised by the utensils and cookware in the kitchen. The sunset view of the Harbour was gorgeous. All around great property for a group of 8-10 people for a fishing/diving trip.

Great escape

This property offered all it advertised. It’s location is great with shopping and dinning. The house is beautiful and spacious with room for everyone. The only problem is we did not ever receive check in instructions which left us locked out and resulted in sleeping on a friends couch (Thank God for them) I spoke with host very early the next day and was able to get in later that day and start a wonderful vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Week!

We enjoyed staying in this wonderful, well-stocked home on the water. Plenty of linens, towels, dishes. Washer and dryer were a plus since there were 6 of us. Having to pay for a taxi to go back and forth to restaurants was costly. It would be better to rent a car. Owner was quick to reply to questions and concerns.

Excellent Stay!

The property was exactly as advertised. Fantastic location. Owners provided everything needed to have a perfect stay. The master bedroom bed may be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! No issues with water pressure or hot water. Grill worked great. All linens were in like new condition. Plenty of dishes, serving ware and pots/pans for our group of 6 who cooked a lot! Very great addition to the rental market and we will definitely stay again!

Abaco 2024

Went for our annual trip to the Abaco’s from Stuart, Florida by boat. Could not have asked for a better stay. The house was PERFECT for our group of 8. It was spotless and fully stocked. Bedrooms were super spacious. Pool was clean and cool. The dock was more than accommodating for our 32’ center console. Will definitely be booking again for next year. Thank you for the hospitality! Marsh Harbor Home

Very nice property with lots of space. A/C worked great and water pressure was good. Use bottled water to brush teeth and drink. Pool is very small but there is a lovely beach down the street. Dock is pretty difficult to jump off and get back up. I would not recommend. Laundry room is good with full size machines. Bring your own detergent. Nice neighborhood with lots of streets to walk around in the morning or evening. Restaurants very close and huge grocery store just 7 minutes away. I would recommend this home in March Harbor.

A stay in paradise

We arrived by a private boat to fish the area. House was very easy to navigate to. Host answered all questions quickly and in detail and was very helpful. Could not be more happy with everything. House was amazing and was an unforgettable trip. Best vrbo experience anyone could ask for.
