Belle nouvelle maison de plage 3BR .... 5 min à pied de la plage

Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous détendre entre amis ou en famille, c'est pour vous. Cette nouvelle maison à Arch Cape est l'évasion idéale et il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde.

Cette maison 3BR / 2BA est joliment meublée et est située loin des maisons voisines pour vous donner une grande intimité. Juste une courte promenade par un chemin tranquille à la plage. Ne laissez pas l'emplacement de l'autre côté de l'autoroute vous tromper, le chemin passe sous l'autoroute et est une marche sécuritaire pour tous les âges. Vous obtenez le calme de l'isolement avec un accès rapide pour profiter de la plage sereine Arch Cape.

Dans le salon est un canapé fait sur mesure assez grand pour accueillir tout le groupe. Avec un téléviseur grand écran et un lecteur DVD, c'est un cadre idéal pour regarder des films et il ya beaucoup de DVD à choisir si vous n'avez pas apporté le vôtre. Pour plus de plaisir, il ya des jeux de société avec une petite table de jeu si seulement deux jouent et un endroit calme à l'étage pour rattraper votre lecture. Juste à côté du salon est une terrasse avec vue sur la forêt derrière la maison.

La cuisine est magnifiquement mise en place avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et de placard et appareils neufs.  La grande table de la salle à manger est parfaite pour les dîners de famille et les dîners. Derrière les portes du placard de la cuisine, une laveuse et une sécheuse sont disponibles pour tout lavage dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

La chambre principale est en bas avec un lit king confortable, beaucoup de lumière naturelle et une salle de bain ci-joint. Le bain peut également être accédé par le hall qui le rend commode pour tous. A l'étage se trouvent les deux autres chambres spacieuses. Le premier a un lit king et un fauteuil et la deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles. Il y a une salle de bain commune à l'étage avec un haut plafond et beaucoup de lumière. En outre, un matelas d'air de taille complète est disponible pour répondre à quelques invités supplémentaires en cas de besoin. Il est auto-gonflant et dégonflant pour une installation et démontage facile.

La plage à Arch Cape est parfait pour ceux qui veulent éviter l'agitation des plages plus fréquentées comme Seaside et Cannon Beach.

The Hosts were great. Responded quickly and handled everything promptly. The house is in a great spot and a quick walk to the beach. The Kitchen is stocked well for cooking. The beach is beautiful and we cannot wait to go back.

The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect get away spot for the family! We were able to walk to both the beach and the hiking trail from the house. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and we enjoyed barbecuing on the porch. The kitchen table is nice and big to fit our large group. The owners were very responsive, 2 of the living room lights were not functioning and they sent someone out right away to fix it. I would definitely come back again!!

Lots of open space. Kitchen was great to cook in. King beds were very comfy but the double beds were very squeeky/creaky, so not too comfortable for the 2 adults that shared one. Really great location. Would definitely stay again.

Amenities were fantastic. Reason for mediocre rating is the house was actually not on the beach, you have to walk across or under a highway to get there. The beach is beautiful and quiet though. Also, the list of required cleaning prior to leaving is insane considering there is a 230 cleaning fee plus 50/dog/night fee. Over 600 in fees made this not worth it for us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate you staying with us and I’m sorry parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations. We do try to be very clear in our listing that the beach is about a 4 minute walk, and that there is a $50 per animal/ night pet fee with preapproval required. Since we weren’t notified about the dogs until the day of arrival, it did make things a bit last minute on our end, but we are always happy to accommodate when we can. We also don't require cleaning from our guests. We do ask for help starting a load of towels and cleaning the grill if it was used to assist with turnover time, but only if you have time before you check out. We appreciate your feedback and hope you were still able to enjoy your time away.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect. The house had everything we needed, including lots of games for the teens. Huge kitchen and space we could all sit and enjoy company. Will definitely come back.

Ocean getaway

We had a lovely stay in Arch Cape. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Even a beach wagon to haul all our stuff down to the beach for camp fires each night.

The location is great with easy access to the beach and the arches which is the main attraction. The house was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly it has a small unfenced area in front of the house. There is also small gravel area behind the house with a picnic table. The house is surrounded by laurel hedges and blackberry bushes on three sides restricting views somewhat. The location is quiet with short drives to either Canon Beach or Manzanita. It's a nice location for a family vacation.

Arch Cape Getaway

Property was excellent. Great location, close to the beach. Convenient to Cannon Beach, Seaside, Manzanita, etc.Home was very clean, well equipped, and included several personal touches (like a welcome basket with coffee and snacks) that added to the charm. Property is accurately depicted in the listing pictures. This rental was everything we were hoping for and more! Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a cozy retreat on the Oregon coast.

Picturesque!

This was a GREAT find for our family of 5. We wanted a quintessential Oregon stay, and this did not disappoint. The house was great and provided all we needed; especially the kitchen… really well stocked. The hidden path to the beach was so charming, and we loved spending time walking the beach, searching for Sand Dollars and finding sea creatures in the tidal pools. This was a great stay and provided great memories. Only issue was that the owners were out of country, so a couple of emails I had sent requesting some info went unanswered. But overall amazing stay!

While the interior of the home was well maintained (with the exception of a working coffee maker), the exterior was unfortunately overlooked: no deck chairs, no working BBQ, and the yard was WAY overgrown to the extent that it was unusable. The owner was quick to respond to our concerns, but it should have been in shape for paying guests to occupy and enjoy from DAY ONE. It was apparent that the property manager had not been on site to evaluate the home in quite some time as evidenced by the shocking condition of the outside living space. WE SUGGEST A FULL LANDSCAPE CREW CLEAN UP THE YARD!

The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and measuring tools. The dish cleaning soap was a Full bottle of full strength soap. Enough for our long week. Plenty of table settings too. A little shy on spoons for the table, but we made it work. You won't be disappointed!

Better than expected!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful inside from top to bottom. The owners took every detail into consideration. From the welcome goodie basket to the cozy blankets left to curl up with on the couch while watching movies from a selection of DVDs. We had other friends and family staying in Cannon Beach for the same weekend and they were all jealous that we had the best house. If fate brings us back to Arch Cape we would absolutely stay in this house again.
