Magnifiquement moderne, maison avec vue sur l'océan située à 200 pas de la plage et de l'accès à la plage dans le cœur calme de Arch Cape (à environ six kilomètres au sud de Cannon Beach). Vous êtes assez proche pour profiter du plaisir, des restaurants et des magasins de Cannon Beach and Seaside et vous avez toujours votre propre plage privée pour la marche et la plage. Profitez de votre café du matin en regardant l'océan depuis la terrasse complète du deuxième étage avec barbecue ou peut-être lové avec un bon livre près de la cheminée confortable dans le salon confortablement meublé. Le salon / salle à manger, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont au niveau supérieur et offrent une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la forêt / les montagnes.

Le salon est spacieux et décoré avec goût avec télévision à écran plat haute définition avec DVD intégré, câble, accès Internet haut débit sans fil 5 G, magnétoscope, CD avec station d'accueil IPOD / chaîne stéréo, vidéothèque, cheminée à bois en pierre. Cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, appareils électroménagers et beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine pour un «chez-soi loin de chez soi».

Le niveau inférieur de cette maison de plage lumineuse et ensoleillée comprend trois chambres avec des lits confortables (une avec une nouvelle suite parentale, une avec un lit queen-size et une avec des lits superposés), une deuxième salle de bain complète, une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, un fer à repasser et planche à repasser. Un nouveau canapé-lit confortable conçu avec un matelas épais, un lit queen-size pourra accueillir des couchages pouvant accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. La maison est impeccablement nettoyée avant l'arrivée de chaque invité. Les clients nous disent: «Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement chez nous et bienvenus. Nous fournissons tous les draps, serviettes, linge de table, papier, savon, produits de nettoyage, bois pour cheminée, épices de cuisine de base, cartes, puzzles, DVD, magnétoscopes, vidéothèque et jeux familiaux aussi! Désolé, pas de tabagisme, pas d'animaux. L'heure d'arrivée est 16h00 et l'heure de départ est 11h00.

A lovely hideaway just a short walk from the beach. It was great for two couples. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for the weekend. We didn’t need to cook but had everything in case we did. Very comfortable and cozy place. Deck is perfect.

We loved the location, as it was central to everywhere we wanted to go, both to the north and the south. The access to the beach was awesome…so close. We saw some great tide pool critters and enjoyed walking along the beach there. Being in the ocean climate, the basement was rather musty. I think the owners might improve the smell in the basement by using a dehumidifier. Overall it was a great place!

Host was outstanding & wanted to make our stay as perfect as possible. House inside & out was all that it promised in description. Only downside is that u can hear Hwy 101 traffic when trucks or lots of traffic. The closeness to the beach & views from kitchen & living room outweighed this distraction. Just think it is good to know if you are sensitive to noise. Could also hear roar of ocean which was pleasant. Would highly recommend, especially if you want quieter beach than Cannon Beach.

We loved the location. The view from the deck was better than expected. The beach access was convenient , an easy walk for adults and kids alike. There are a few items we felt were missing No ice maker ( only 2 trays) , or filtered waterIf you are fussy about your coffee bring your own Otherwise there is a Krups ( a few kcups were supplied and Mr Coffee type brewer Coffee grinder is available No table to eat outside and or comfortable seating on the deckThe table inside is a 4 top. There are some folding chairs available to accommodate more peopleThe gas grill is small, but works Bring a meat Thermometer The third bedroom, kids bedroom is very small , just large enough for the bunk bed. Only 2 of our 3 children slept in thereThe supplied toiletries are very basic, bring your ownThe laundry was great well stocked!Most of this list is remedied by knowing ahead of time, that stopping at the store on the way to the house or bring items from home would fill the gapsAgain the location is great! We had a great time

you had a great time! To clarify for future visitors, the round table has two extra leaves, making it sit 8 and extra chairs are in the dining room closet. There are 8 adirondack chairs on the deck and 4 side tables. Our water for the house comes directly from a spring in the mountains behind the house and it doesn't need further filtration after treatment at the community water facility. The toiletries supplied in the bathrooms are shower soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, kleenex, toilet paper and abundent towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. Please bring anything you need beyond those items. The location is wonderful if you want a place where the ocean and nature is all around you. Come back! Deb and Mike

The home we originally booked had a dishwasher malfunction so we were moved to another property. Absolutely stunning! Fantastic ocean views with beautiful sunsets. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. It was perfect for my two daughters’ and my weekend. It rained pretty heavily the whole time so we didn’t venture out much but who would need to leave! Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed in many VRBO houses and this was the best equipped kitchen we have seen. Our host gave excellent directions and had good information in a notebook for us. The house was immaculate. Nice layout with great views from the deck and well off the crazy beaten track of Cannon Beach. Have stayed many times in Cannon Beach and Manzanita, but never in Arch Cape so this was a new experience. Well equipped kitchen also.

The owners, Mike and Debbie Pierce purchased this home in 2004 and have been sharing it with family, old friends and new friends (our vacationers) ever since.

We first arrived in Arch Cape for a family reunion. We totally fell in love with the beauty of the beach, the salty fresh smell of the ocean, exciting rock formations, tide pools teaming with sea-life at low tide, fresh seafood, and the many wonderful things to do in the area. We searched to find just the right house for us for the next year and found our dream home 'Seagull Landing'. We have had so many adventures like clamming for razor clams at 4:30 am low-tide, fishing for salmon and rock fish, hiking at Oswald State park, exploring tide-pools, finding treasures on the beach, fires on the beach with a glass of good Oregon wine and just relaxing on our deck to watch the sunset.
We never feel more alive and contented then when we are staying at our special beach house. We have furnished our beautiful home with love and pride and all the comforts. Many friends have gifted us with special art work and 'knick-knacks' that add to the fun and whimsy of our ocean house. We want all of you to feel as much at home at Seagull Landing as we do. This is truly a house for sharing and family.
