1007 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Entrez dans un salon et une cuisine incroyablement spacieux, avec des sièges pour tous les membres de votre famille et vos amis. La cuisine comprend deux lave-vaisselle, deux réfrigérateurs, deux fours, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes et des machines �� glaçons sous le comptoir. Cette maison est la location de vacances ultime! "Follow Seas" est l'endroit idéal pour votre mariage, vos vacances ou votre réunion de famille.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous entrerez dans une grande cuisine ouverte, un salon et une salle à manger. Dirigez-vous vers l'escalier et trouvez une chambre king avec salle de bain attenante, face au golfe, ainsi qu'une chambre avec deux lits queen et salle de bain attenante donnant sur la piscine. Il y a aussi une demi-bain située à ce niveau.

Le deuxième étage offre un espace de vie supplémentaire avec une grande télévision à écran plat, un bar, et six chambres supplémentaires. Quatre des six chambres sont situées aux quatre coins supérieurs de la maison. Il y a une chambre king face au golfe, ainsi que trois chambres d'angle supplémentaires avec deux lits queen chacune. Chaque chambre d'angle a une salle de bain attenante. Face à la piscine, vous trouverez les deux chambres superposées supplémentaires, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain.

Le rez-de-chaussée sous la maison dispose d'un espace bar disponible pour des événements. Cette zone est uniquement disponible pour les mariages et autres événements. Les frais d’événement s’appliquent à toutes les réservations effectuées au bar situé au rez-de-chaussée. L'espace inférieur de la maison est complet avec de beaux détails, de l'électricité et des crochets pour votre décor de mariage ou d'événement! Beautiful and Spacious

This property was not only beautiful but so spacious and just perfect for a large family Thanksgiving. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the living spaces are very large with plenty of seating. Lots of parking as well. Property manager is top notch as well!

Everything was as advertised. Love the open living/dining/kitchen for everyone to be able to spend time together. The upstairs Ling room was great when kids wanted Disney and adults wanted football downstairs

Family Trip

My husband and I planned a trip with our families in April. This house is perfect for a big family trip, it is made for people of all ages and just a walk over to the beach. There is currently a house being built across the street and, at first, I was really nervous about the noise and distraction. However, that did not end up being a problem at all. We had so much fun! The pool was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend for any big families wanting to visit the beach in Pensacola!
