Ce condo Suwannee Cove 3/2 dans la ville de Suwannee dispose de planchers en bois, de comptoirs en granit et comprend un bordereau de bateau désigné. L'accès à la rivière prend deux minutes et le golfe est atteint en sept minutes. Les autres équipements comprennent des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le LR et les deux chambres, DVD, WiFi et service téléphonique longue distance gratuit. Nous proposons également Netflix et Amazon Prime. La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king size, la chambre d'hôtes est un lit queen, il y a des lits superposés jumeaux dans la chambre bonus. Les deux salles de bains disposent de comptoirs en granit, le maître a une grande douche à l'italienne. La cuisine est entièrement équipée ou vous pouvez vous rendre à pied au restaurant Salt Creek et les laisser préparer vos prises. Nagez dans la piscine réservée aux clients de Suwannee Cove. L'unité est au premier étage et est accessible par ascenseur ou escaliers. Il y a un parking couvert pour 3 voitures.

Profitez du soleil se coucher sur le golfe du Mexique de cette copropriété de fin unité. Suwannee est entourée par la réserve nationale de faune de Lower Suwannee, nous voyons donc souvent des aigles, des balbuzards pêcheurs, des pélicans et des hérons à travers les marais ouverts depuis cette unité. La ville de Suwannee est idéalement située pour un accès facile à la pêche en eau douce ou en eau salée. This had all the amenities we would want. The kitchen and bath supplies were perfect, the outdoor balcony had a lovely sea-meadow view off to one side, and the living space was clean and cozy. Also, our host was helpful, providing us with a hard copy map of an easy kayak launch spot very close by. It was sitting on the counter when we arrived. We hope to return to enjoy the property and beautiful area, and continue our kayaking adventures.

We live on the beach, and we have a fishing cottage near the Big Bend, and this place made us feel like we were on VACATION! Redfish was a BLAST!! Brought our bigger boat and wheeled her around the property and docks with ease. So convenient for a boat trip. The condo had everything we needed and a great vibe. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo, I rated it a 4 star just because grill didn't work and no Internet the 1st night. Host was very responsive and got everything fixed ASAP, also didn't realize the condo was across the street from the boat dock, wasn't a big deal but I have stayed at these condo's before and the convenience of having the dock there was nice, very minor but condo was fantastic and host was even better

Very cold January fishing and boating

The Redfish condo was everything we could have asked for—clean, extremely well-equipped, and in a great location. The marina boat ramp is only a couple hundred feet away. The only minor drawback is that the condos' boat slips were out of commission due to Helene, but repairs are in process, so they should be available soon.

Great property, location, and owners!

My wife, 3 kids, and I loved staying at the Redfish. Lisa the owner was great to deal with, even working it out for us to add an extra day that wasn't originally bookable online. The condo is very nicely decorated and well apportioned with all dishes, utensils needed, etc. Wifi and TV/Netflix/Prime Video was included for our electronic focused kids. The two queen beds were very comfortable, and the bunk room was just big enough for my two daughters (13 and 11) to share, even with their luggage. The views from the balcony were great, and the sunsets from several different vantage points were amazing. Just a few tips for others considering the Redfish: Salt Creek Restaurant had really good seafood, and Lily Creek up in Horseshoe Beach area was great for lunch (we drove the Dixie Mainline road up there for a little adventure). The Shrimp Boat in Horseshoe Beach is also worth the drive. Bring charcoal and lighter fluid for the community grills down by the pool. Parking underneath the building was adequate for my boat trailer and Suburban. Lisa has a golf cart for rent that's not in the ad. Close to great fishing, boat ramp at the marina and slip were easily accessible. Gateway Marina has ethanol free fuel available 24/7 with pay at the pump from the fuel dock, and a pump with regular gas on land. They have bait, ice, and the standard marina type stuff. My 18 ft skiff was well suited for this area. If you have larger than a 25-27' boat, it would be difficult getting it in or out of the boat ramp or the slip, especially during a busy week or weekend. There are other boat ramps in the area, but didn't use them. Also watch the tides. Low tide can make the Alligator Pass channel impassable, and McGriff pass gets in the 3-4 foot range based on my experience the first week of October 2018. These are not knocks against this property, just trying to inform as this was a new area to me, and it was hard to find local information in advance of booking. All in all, this was a great size condo and location for us. We'll definitely rent again unless I can convince my wife to buy one of the condo's for sale.

Thank you for the great review and the extra details about the tides. That is important! We have a 29’ sport fisherman that draws 3.5 feet of water and we can get in and out but have to pay attention to tides. We would gladly have you again!

Great Condo in Suwannee

beautiful condo with all you need

Spent several nights kayaking in Okeefenokee and down the Suwannee river. Enjoyed a soft bed , internet access and a washing machine after camping. make sure you bring enough groceries or check on what nights the one restaurant in town is open if you are coming off season.

Fantastic rental, fantastic location

My wife and I had a great time staying at the 'Redfish' in the quaint little town of Suwannee. The place was very clean, well laid-out and impeccably decorated (Lisa, we loved your Redfish motif, especially the Guy Harvey Redfish plate and was delighted to find one for sale at Gateway Marina!) The pool was great and the boat dockage fantastic. Be warned, there really isn't much to do in Suwannee, so if you don't fish, scallop, boat, or enjoy peace and quiet, stay away...lol. Lisa the owner was great. We have rented many places in different locations on VRBO and she was certainly among the top three owners I have ever dealt with. She emailed or texted us on numerous occasions with information or simply to see if we were enjoying ourselves. The only small gripe I could think of is that there was no grill available for renter use. I know that they rust-out quickly in a saltwater environment, but you should probably have one on the porch. Anyway, we highly recommend The Redfish if you are staying in Suwannee. Thanks Lisa.

The condo was great, super clean and plenty of room for the 6 adults and two small children.

Lisa was great, she answered all my many questions. The condo is situated in the perfect spot to go fishing in the Suwannee or shoot out to the gulf. The local restaurant had great food at a great price.The marina next door made it very convenient for fueling the boats everyday and also had a gas pump for cars. We loved the place and hope to go back very soon.
