Cette magnifique maison de style villa de subdivision Forest Landing (Ă  quelques minutes du centre-ville de Bethany Beach!) 10 couchages avec une suite maĂźtre maĂźtre au niveau principal. La maison est pratiquement neuve, construite en 2013 comme une maison de vacances et rarement utilisĂ©e; magnifiquement conçu avec un mobilier et un dĂ©cor sur mesure. A l'Ă©tage, vous trouverez deux chambres avec lit queen-size, une chambre bonus avec 4 lits jumeaux et un magnifique loft donnant sur la grande salle. Son plan d'Ă©tage ouvert accueille divertissant au niveau principal. Il y a une grande grande chambre qui coule dans une chambre du matin. La cuisine ouverte / salle Ă  manger peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  13 avec 6 chaises, 4 chaises pliantes et 3 tabourets de bar. Avec la cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e de la maison, 4 TV, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, Ă©quipement de plage et commoditĂ©s pour les enfants, vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances dans cette maison loin de la maison! Elegant, low-stress, family-friendly beach stay

The house is lovely, well-appointed, and spacious. The neighborhood is simultaneously quiet and gregarious, perfect for families looking for a kid-friendly way to visit the beach. Bethany Beach is a short drive away; Fenwick State Park Beach is about 15 minutes away, and the community pool delivers summertime fun even on non-beach days. The homeowner is responsive, friendly, and helpful. My biggest regret is that I didn't book two full weeks there.

Great property, would definitely book again

All in all, a great week for my family of four adults and 2 infants/toddlers. It was our first time renting a property like this, and our first time to Bethany Beach. Very spacious, as I think the pictures accurately represent. Great location, convenient to everything, beach, dining, shopping. The community pool is absolutely amazing and the main reason I chose this property. It did not disappoint. Our little ones absolutely loved it. One disappointment was that the ice maker in the fridge did not appear to work. It wasn't a big deal, we did fine without it. When (not if) we go back to Bethany Beach, I may try another location just because we like to change it up. But this one was so perfect for our family that we may not mess with a good thing and would book it again without hesitation.

House was very nice. Property was supplied with appropriate dinnerware, cookware and paper products. Community pool excellent for toddlers and adults. Convenient location to grocery store, donut shop and gas station. Easy drive to Rehoboth and Bethany Beaches and Ocean City. Would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Location

Forrest Landing is the perfect location for a vacation renter looking to bounce from town to town. Take a break in the gorgeous pool or stroll the quiet development. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for the week. Comfy beds, games and room to spread our wings. Would stay again.

Great week at Forest Landing

Heather's House was outstanding. It had everything you would want for a vacation. Large Home, comfortable beds, complete kitchen, close to the Beach. Forest Landing is the best Development close to Bethany Beach. (Large Pool, clubhouse). Would not hesitate to stay there again!

We just stayed with a family of 7, including grumpy teens! The house was perfect, and is now our new favorite. Very clean, huge rooms, lots of space for games, beautiful pool! We will be back!

Perfect for our Vaca

The house was great! There was plenty of space for my large family and our friends with their kids. The rooms were great sizes! The kitchen and living space were ideal. We had no trouble making ourselves cozy. The wifi and access to multiple streaming services were a perfect addition to feeling right at home. Thank you for making our trip easy and enjoyable.

Well equipped house in quiet neighborhood

This house was lovely for vacation near the beach. 13mins from Fenwick State Park. The owner was lovely to deal with and responding quickly to my questions. The photos do not do it justice. It is much bigger than we expected.

Nice home in Forest Landing development

We had a great stay in this home. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Home from is decorated beautifully. There were some cleaning issues with bathrooms, lights being out and smoke detector. Owner did try to rectify these issues without success. I think it might have been due to end of season.

Fantastic property ! Fantastic owners!

This property truly had everything we needed! Clean, spacious and perfect in every way! The owners were very quick to respond via text to any and all of our questions both before and after our stay. Gorgeous home!

We stayed here in July 2018. The house was large enough for us -- two adults, two kids and grandma to have your own area to relax. My husband and son used the gym at the club. It was nice the pool and gym amenities were included without an additional charge. Heather was responsive and easy to deal with. We look forward to returning!

This property was really spacious, the community is quiet, and the neighbors are really friendly. The pool is only a short walk away and enjoyable for small children and adults, while the beach is a quick ride once you learn the most direct route. My family really enjoyed the property.

Very lovely and spacious home.

This home is well equipped and only three miles to the beach. The neighborhood and location are very quiet for your time off the beach with a very large community pool. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.
