Unité de deuxiÚme étage avec 2 maßtres BR cette maison de plage est une oasis lumineuse avec une vue sur les arbres et le ciel de chaque piÚce et le balcon tamisé tranquille. Disposition de condo permet d'intimité dans les deux chambres - salon sépare les chambres et chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain attenante privée - parfait pour 2 couples ou couple (s) avec des enfants. 3 plages publiques à moins de 10 minutes, une piscine privée (2 autres piscines sur la propriété) et des courts de tennis. Peut marcher ou faire du vélo en ville ou à la plage. Détendez-vous en appelant pour un massage à l'interne, shiatsu ou des services de garde d'enfants personnellement recommandé par le propriétaire. Téléviseurs dernier cri récemment installés dans chaque piÚce équipée de Netflix. Barre de son sur 40 'salon tv vous donne le son surround et la possibilité de brancher votre source de musique préférée (ipod, iphone ou ordinateur).

Great location for us. About a 10 minute drive to delaware state park beach where we use our annual pass, highly recommend the pass and the beach. 5 minute drive into Rehoboth Beach (the back way, less known about), or Dewey Beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close. Pool in the neighborhood a few minute walk away.

The whole process was very easy. Dawn communicated very well with us and answered the few questions that we had very quickly. The bed was super comfy! Loved the screened in porch!! It was relaxing to sit there any time of the day or night and listen to the insects singing. We would definitely recommend this place!

Rehoboth condo at Captiva Sands

Clean ,well kept two bedroom condo not far from the beach and boardwalkThe community has a nice heated pool and is peaceful if you choose to go for a stroll.It is very conveinant to many restaurants and grocery stores and Tanger mall.The owner is polite and quick to respond and its a easy checkin,we enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

Very spacious and clean, pretty quiet location and yet convenient by car to the nearby boardwalk, beaches, and downtown.The beds were really comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. In addition to bringing your own towels and sheets, you will want to bring hand towels, shampoo/body and hand soap. There was some soap under the sink, though!The little patio area was so pleasant, and it’s screened against insects. There were a ton of beach chairs and toys, plus an umbrella located in the patio closet outside. The pool looked great but we spent all our time exploring!

Fantastic

The property is perfect, exactly as described. We traveled with 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is awesome. Back off the road and private, but a super quick drive into Rehoboth. The kids really enjoyed the community pool on the property. You can easily walk to Fractured Prune for donuts! Dawn was so accommodating and the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend!!!

Great location

Had another wonderful week! Love the location and really enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch. Unit is the perfect size for family of four. Easy access to the pool, great restaurants and downtown.

Tranquil Setting

Family enjoyed it; closed to Indian River Inlet where my husband and son schedule their fishing charters for the week! And it’s behind Big Fish Grill restaurant which is delicious!

Adorable and Super Clean

This charming little condo was the perfect fit for our mother/daughter get away. It had everything you could possibly need, was very clean, and beautifully decorated. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We will stay again!

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Dawn's place. Her condo was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the extra amenities, such as beach chairs and umbrellas. Great location, close to everything, and within walking distance to restaurants. Our rooms were comfortable. Dawn was very responsive to all our questions. We would stay here again!

Perfect for two friends

Very comfortable appartement, we enjoyed sitting in the screened-in porch and going to the pool steps away. The A/C and fans worked perfectly and the kitchen is very well appointed. As well as sheets and towels, you should bring pillows and extra rolls of TP. Rehoboth has a great beachy vibe! Loved it!

Wonderful property!

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn’s condo! It is beautifully decorated and very cozy! We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 1 child. Dawn was very nice and easy to work with! The location was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and the washer/dryer was a huge plus for us! We look forward to spending our next vacation here! Thank you, Dawn!!

Getaway

Nice condo 2nd floor in a quiet complex. 10 minutes to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Brought our own sheets and blankets, which was fine but there weren’t any dish towels or paper towels provided. The keurig needs to be cleaned and whoever used the toaster oven last left it a mess. There were 3 TV,s
one in living room and one in each bedroom. We could not figure out how to turn the TVs on in the bedrooms or should I say connect to the cable network. The TV in the living room you could get onto the infinity’s channels, but they were only eight of them. Everything else had to be subscribed to. The enclosed balcony was very nice and the condo was clean and in great shape. Loved having the washer and dryer in unit. Beds were very comfortable.

Live in the Washington, DC area, have been vacationing in Rehoboth for over 20 years and plan to retire there. I just love all the amenities of a tourist area and quaintness of a small town. Have many friends who already live there full time who can assist with restaurant recommendations.
