Roomy 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo in the heart of Bayside! Enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer while staying at our condo. Perfect for family vacations, a weekend getaway or a golf trip to play at the award winning Signature Jack Nicklaus course. Roomy 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo sleeps up to 10 people. **We provide pillows, comforters and blankets. You provide sheets and towels or ask about linen rental companies in the area.** Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and a screened in porch. High speed internet, secure Wi-Fi and 3 streaming TV's. Elevator access with one assigned, covered parking spot. Additional parking in front of bldg.. STEPS from the Sun Ridge Community Pools and Rec. Center, complete with a splash pad, 2 pools, sports courts and more! Beautiful Delaware and Maryland beaches are a short 15 minute drive. Stroll the nature trails or fish the stocked ponds. A community pier offers seasonal kayaking and paddleboarding. The Freeman Stage has a full schedule of summer concerts and family entertainment. After a busy day, have a relaxing dinner without leaving the resort! Signatures offers a great menu and summer nights are perfect at 38 Degrees to dine outside and enjoy a drink while watching the sun set on the bay. In the off season or rainy day, take advantage of the Aquatic Center with a 75 foot pool PLEASE NOTE: BAYSIDE CHARGES A RECREATION FEE FOR USE OF THE POOL AND REC. FACILITIES. Our family Stayed here for a cheer competition in Ocean City!! Perfect location, close to the venue in a beautiful location! Gorgeous condo! Excellent hosts responsive and friendly! Condo had everything we could need- close to stores and fun things to do, but quiet and serene for optimum rest too! Highly recommend!!

Place was lovely. You’re close to the community pool and approx 15-20 from Dewey beach. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Place to stay

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend with 9 people. Great location and the unit was very clean and well furnished. Communication with owner was wonderful the from the time I booked and during the stay. I will definitely stay here again

Made her sweet 16th get way to OC the Best

We've had the chance to visit OC a couple of times in the past five years, and this condo was just perfect for our family of six! Check-in was super smooth with no hiccups at all. The location is fantastic—not too far from the beach and the boardwalk, which made our stay even better. For a condo, it felt incredibly spacious and was really well-designed for guests. Even though it's not right on the OC strip where all the food options are, we found plenty of great places nearby that delivered. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Lovely condo!

My family loved this property! It was spacious so that we had our own space and then a common area where we could all gather. The place was very clean, but there was a spill of some sort on the carpet that was noticeable and that is why I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Otherwise, it was a great place and would highly recommend it! Nice place and the owners were easy to work with!

Selbyville Condo

We stayed at the condo while attending a concert at the Freeman Pavilion. This is a great location and the condo was excellent. 2nd floor in a quiet building with its own enclosed and screened porch - which allowed us to use it even during the brief rain we encountered. The condo is large and well appointed. It was clean and access in and out was easy and included a covered parking space. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a fantastic property! Colleen and Michael thought of everything to ensure guests felt right at home! While linens are not included the bedspreads, pillows are wonderful and as soft as the beds, which were quite comfortable. For those who like some extra pillows or additional warmth there’s a linen closet full of extras! Each room has built in chargers with every charging type and the TVs in the two bedrooms and family room are all smart TVs. The kitchen is well stocked with extra paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent and plenty of Tupperware for leftovers. There are plastic cups, plates and bowls for those with little ones! The freezer was full of ice and the fridge was clean! There are plenty of cookie utensils and various pots and pans with lids to make cooking on vacation as easy as if you were in your own kitchen! The unit has beach chairs, toys an umbrella and a cooler for your use and there are also various board games and puzzles for rainy days! The location of this unit was perfect- adjacent to sun ridge which made it easy to run back and forth for any forgotten items while at the pool!Our hosts were responsive, kind and accommodating- we hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks so much for a wonderful week!

This condo was the perfect getaway for our group of 6. Great location close to the Sun Ridge Pool. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Convenient updated amenities such as smart TVs and phone/device charging stations and a nice office nook in the primary bedroom. Would definitely book again.
